A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

By bike, most things can be reached within 4 to 10 minutes, everything from padel courts, Falsterbo jetty/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the cape and nice restaurants, cold baths, Skanör's harbor/beach, etc. on the other side of the cape.
