No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

In the heart of old Skanör is this unique farmhouse from 1922, which was gently completely renovated in 2022. The farmhouse is about 20 sqm, plus sleeping loft. It is 500 meters to Ica and 1 km to a mile-long fantastic white sandy beach with blue flag, which includes several restaurants and cold baths with sauna. Minimum length 3 nights. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

Biking distance to beach, golf and restaurants. The cottage is quite small and accommodates a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm) when it is made up. It is possible to sleep 2 children in the sofa bed. The kitchen is a kitchenette, perfect for breakfast and simple cooking.
