In winter you can see seals just near the coastline. We have 5 restaurants nearby. Grocery open 07.00--23.00. Bus stop 50 m from the cottage. To Malmö and Copenhagen. You are in Copenhagen in 1 hour. Our house is a pearl. All our guests are very found of it.

Guesthouse near the sea

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

In the heart of old Skanör is this unique farmhouse from 1922, which was gently completely renovated in 2022. The farmhouse is about 20 sqm, plus sleeping loft. It is 500 meters to Ica and 1 km to a mile-long fantastic white sandy beach with blue flag, which includes several restaurants and cold baths with sauna. Minimum length 3 nights. Towels and sheets are not normally included, but can be arranged in advance with some compensation. Cleaning will be added if desired, SEK 500. Check-in at 3 pm. Check-out at 11 am.

Right next to Kärleksstigen (Love's Path) in the middle of classic Falsterbo is this charming and fresh summer house. The beach, Skanör or Falsterbo, is no more than a minute's bike path away, as are the golf courses. The property consists of two buildings; one building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. The second one has three bedrooms, all with separate entrance and great storage options as well as a bathroom with washing machine. You have access to the whole house and whole garden when you rent.

The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet, leafy-green area. 5 minutes from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 minutes from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Visit the amazing Måkläppen. Here our guests are well-received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

Your family will be close to everything when you live in this centrally-located accommodation. 300 meters to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, gym, hairdresser, foot care. Another 400 meters to wonderful beaches and a harbor that offers restaurants, fish shops, gift shop, café, and cold baths. Public Boules court is next door. Boule balls are available in the property. In a radius of 4 km, you will find 3 golf courses, Flommens Golf Club, Falsterbo Golf Club and Ljunghusens Golf Club.

Cozy guest house on the premises for rent. There is a private patio and if you come with children, they can of course both bounce in our trampoline and play in the garden's climbing frame. Biking distance to beach, golf and restaurants. The cottage is quite small and accommodates a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm) when it is made up. It is possible to sleep 2 children in the sofa bed. The kitchen is a kitchenette, perfect for breakfast and simple cooking.
