A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

If you arrive by car, there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of an electric car charger and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. Linens & towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Bose bluetooth speakers etc. are available.

The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. Most places can be reached within 4 to 10 minutes by bike, including tennis and padel courts, Falsterbo pier/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow, and golf clubs on one side of the headland, and nice restaurants, a public bathhouse, Skanör harbor/beach, etc., on the other side of the headland.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a short walk to the beach or the forest! There are good shops and a small kitchenette to make your own food. If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! Since we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

Welcome to our fantastic, cozy cottage, Björkhaga Cottage. The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet, leafy-green area. 5 minutes from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 minutes from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Visit the amazing Måkläppen. Here our guests are well-received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
