Only a few minutes walk to Maxilares bars, the port & Papadiamanti street (Skiathos Town Centre), Acropolis bus station, and to the nearest beach (Megali Ammos). 1 bedroom (double bed), bathroom, living room (sofa & single bed under the sofa), balcony,and terrace with Bbq. Situated in the center of Skiathos town 80 meters from the main pedestrian street of the town behind the post office, a quiet apartment of 33 s.m. on the 1st floor with balcony and garden view, it consists of two seperetes rooms, the one with a single bed and the kitchen with the dining table, the other with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The guests have the opportunity to relax in the beautiful garden of "SKIATHOS HOUSE".

The fully renovated three-story Villa Skopelita offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and an extra single sleeping option via a pouf bed in the living room, ideal for a child. It includes two bathrooms and a bright living area. Highlights include its unique style and a spacious patio with breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views. Due to its location and overall buety, Villa Skopelita, is one of the island’s most photographed homes!

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.
