Beachfront holiday rental in Skiathos

The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a stunning house in a beautiful setting. The view is mesmerising from dawn through to the starlit nights. It’s hard to drag yourself away but when you do there are great beaches, landscapes and restaurants to discover. It’s impossible not to relax. Can’t wait to go back.

Incredible experience and we definitely want to come back! Dimitra and her family were so welcoming and helpful. Dimitra got in touch to check when we landed and Tula came to meet us to show us to the house and then give us a tour. The location is absolutely stunning, literally right on the waterfront. Even better in person than we had imagined. The flat was spotless with toiletries and beach towels provided. Even a bottle of wine in the fridge for us when we arrived which was very thoughtful. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea with a coffee or watching the sunset was beautiful. We spent a few afternoons on the sun loungers by the sandy beach and jetty, and took the kayak out one day round the coast. We had fab recommendations from Dimitra for places to eat and beaches to visit, and Tula gave us giant sea shells as souvenirs from their fishing boat. If you're looking for an unforgettable holiday with excellent hospitality then you couldn't ask for better hosts. 10/10 🤩

The apartment is absolutely lovely—clean, bright, and well-kept, with a comfortable layout that makes it feel like home right away. Everything is in great condition, and the space has a cozy yet modern vibe. The neighborhood is also fantastic—peaceful, safe, and close to everything you need like shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience. Victoria is incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us around and explain everything in detail. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself was very clean and modern. The beds were to die for, pretty comfortable. The one major bathroom with shower is located in the middle of the steps going up to the top of the apartment. It was a little different but very doable. the lock on the front door definitely had a learning curve to it. But once we got it, it was a piece of cake. The manager had an office very close by and she recommended some awesome restaurants. We took the bus to some of the beaches further away from town and they were amazing. We did have one super noisy night the first night we got there and you could hear the base of the music for quite a while. The next few nights were pretty pleasant. You could drown out the music. Well watching TV on your iPad. All in all we love the location.

The house is spotless & very well appointed, & the views from both balconies overlooked the bay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the little beach/bay with sun loungers & 2 Tavernas plus a bar. There is a tiny little shop with limited provisions in the port. The main ferry port is a 15 minute walk (lots of steps, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems). There’s a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The beautiful old town up on the hill is 20 minutes drive away. Our host Niki, was very friendly & helpful, she kindly booked a taxi to meet us from the ferry port on our arrival & take us to the house & also a rental car & arranged for it to be delivered to the house. We had a wonderful time on the island & it was great to have a car & visit the little beaches & taverna’s around the island. There are boat trips & self drive boats available from the old port too. We would recommend Niki’s house for a holiday, a quiet peaceful place to stay on a beautiful island ☺️

This is a magical place. Private and secluded, with plenty of outside space, and yet just a few steps from a beach, and a short walk to the tavernas and bars of Steni Vala. It is not luxurious, but it is comfortable and welcoming. Spotlessly clean, and well equipped, this is clearly a much loved family home. The location above a beach, in an olive Grove, is beautiful. Peaceful and unspoilt by any noise or light pollution. Arista was always very responsive. We were a group of 5 friends travelling together, and all of us have travelled extensively around Greece. We all agreed that this was one of our favourite holidays, and we would definitely come here again.

This is a beautiful home, in a very peaceful and picturesque part of Skiathos. Vicky is a lovely lady Always ready to help with anything, also she left us some very useful food items for Breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. The bed is very comfortable, and views to die for. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Thank you.

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

Very nice, beautiful and amazing view from Dahlia's terrasse and the balcony. Manlio welcome you nicely and share willingly his secret tips to discover the right places and beaches to discover. Well located near Glossa, it s a pity we didn't have the opportunity to access to a private beach down the secret Sporades residence.

We LOVED staying in Niki's beautiful and modern home. It was recently built (3 years ago), had an amazing pool, lots of relaxing areas to sit, and the view was impeccable! The location was wonderful for our family. Traditional fishing village 5 min drive away. Could run the road in the morning for a great workout. One of the most highly reviewed beaches is 3 minutes away. Very private and completely safe (the island is so safe!). Niki was so kind and helpful. Met us at the ferry so that we could follow her to the house. She came one afternoon so that we could do laundry and was always flexible on timing as our day plans got changed. Her recommendations were wonderful, and always seemed to do anything she could to make our holiday stress free. She left great honey and a greek drink for us to enjoy. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Such a wonderful villa and perfect hosts who couldn’t be more helpful. David and Jacqueline went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful. We have loved our stay at Villa Causton and would love to come again. We arrived and found the fridge stocked with welcome drinks for all, fresh fruit and tomatoes and the cupboards were well stocked with basic requirements which was such a lovely welcome. We were able to ask for recommendations for everything from restaurants to boat hire, and David even took us to the supermarket so we could stock up. The outdoor space has something for everyone, from the wonderful pool to the outdoor kitchen and chill out areas. The villa has been finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds! Nearby is the beautiful beach, great for snorkelling and boat hire and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants near the villa. All in all, just magical. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a fabulous time in this super accommodation. It is a beautifully positioned property and the Skopelos via all the recommendations from our host was incredible. We hope to return - thank you!

Thanks for having us Machi! You're home is beautiful, from the moment we drove through the gates we felt at home. The kitchen is well stocked, I made fresh orange juice and coffee every morning and enjoyed the view from the terrace. The pool is bigger then we thought it would be, and the bed is super comfy. I hope to be back someday. P.s Read the reviews and hire a car! It is possible to walk, but the hill is very steep and hard especially in the heat. A car is worth it to explore the beauty of Skopelos.

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! In the perfect location right in the town with a view of the beautiful garden and ocean. The host Magda is so sweet and responsive! Skopelos is so beautiful and we were so thankful to have Magda as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our short stay, we were even sad that we couldn't stay longer. Very easy communication. Perfect location in the heart of the harbor, close to small restaurants and shops but still very quiet. Functional accommodation, very clean and tastefully decorated, very pleasant to relax in the evening on the small terrace that has a sublime view of the harbor, a small haven of peace. Definitely recommended ♥️♥️

Great place, great location, excellent host.

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. Everyone we met was super kind and had wonderful recommendations. The terrace is also great. You can walk everywhere in a few minutes but are still away from the louder bars at the port.

Loved this stay! A perfect location that’s walkable to everything within Skopelos Town, but also in its own quiet and peaceful area. Everything went smooth from check-in to checkout. Rigina communicated very well and was quick to respond with any questions we had or things we needed. If you’re staying in Skopelos, this is the perfect place!

A wonderful two-bedroomed flat in the heart of Skiathos port. Kiriaky was waiting for our delayed ferry at the port and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment has good sized bedrooms and was spotlessly clean. The little balconies are just big enough to enjoy breakfast, or an evening glass of wine and the location could not be better for restaurants, bars and shops. If you're looking for an easily accessible central stay in the heart of this vibrant town, then this a great option.

We stayed in the studio apartment. The house is in a great location in the old town , it’s very peaceful with no night time noise . It’s a few mins walk either down into the old port area or the small beach area , or indeed the top of town bus stop 4 so really good for any plans anywhere. The studio has a comfortable bed and good shower and kitchen facilities. It’s a great little space if you are not wanting to spend too much time there . If you do want to spend a lot oftime in the accommodation then I would recommend you look at the larger part of the house which looks fabulous.

We booked this place on Alonissos for 10 days in the off-season. The welcome was very warm. Stavros, the owner's son, showed us around and gave us a few tips on arrival and let us know that if we had any questions or issues, we could contact him at any time. We also communicated via cell phone. We came to the island with our car and the battery broke down on the way. We told him that, too. He was very helpful and went with us to a store the very next day. There we got a new battery and the old one was replaced. We thought that was wonderful and so we could really enjoy Stavros' recommendations for beautiful beaches and areas. We thank the host for this wonderful time on Alonissos and definitely recommend this place.
