Villa holiday rentals in Skiathos

Absolutely beautiful! We would happily come back in a heartbeat. Such a beautiful view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms, lots of space, awesome pool in the backyard. Anthula was responsive and kind host. We wish we could have stayed longer. Really the only thing we didnt like was sometimes the wasps and horseflies bothered us outside on the patio, but usually only if we ate outside with no wind to blow them away. But nonetheless, we enjoyed the pool thoroughly and the sunshine and the beaches nearby. Waking up in that villa every morning was like a good dream we'll never forget.

Villa Grace is 5star plus villa. Beautifully designed & maintained & spotlessly clean. The bathroom / shower facilities in both bathrooms were excellent & worked brilliantly. The bed was firm but comfortable with fresh crisp white sheets. Everything you could need was there & like new. On a couple of evenings we watched Netflix & Prime in the big tv & the WiFi worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook; again all in perfect condition & a lovely big fridge freezer. The outside area is wonderfully designed as can be seen in the photos, with lots of different seating areas & the spectacular pool. We loved the planting in the garden & watching the butterflies, swallows & swifts it attracted. Prokopis is the nicest, most helpful host. Always responding quickly to any questions.

Constantinos was very responsive and easy to communicate with. His home was so lovely and tastefully decorated. The photos don’t show how nice it is! The was no air con and the ceiling fans were not enough for us with the hot evenings, so he kindly sorted out floor fans on our request. The views were so beautiful from wherever you were around the house and patio. We got up early to watch the sunrise. There are plenty of beaches nearby but as a car is necessary (due to the steep hill to the house) you can easily access any of the beaches along the south side. Achladies the nearest beach was lovely and peaceful with a nice restaurant bar. We really felt very happy with everything. Thankyou

Wow!!! What an incredible place. My husband and I stayed here the week we got married, and it was perfect. The view of the sea over the infinity pool while the sun was setting is breathtaking and the sun is always shining on the villa. Very clean, spacious and beds are very comfy. Would recommended and we will definitely be back!

Pandelis is a superfriendly and helpful host. This was one of our best airb&b experiences ever! Fantastic place, amazing views, nice private pool area. The house is surrounded by olive groves with a garden with lemon and orange trees. Unbelievable beaches, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Pandelis helped us organize boat transfer and car rental with pick up and delivery by the ferry. Highly recommended.

The house is fantastic, very private - you could hear the neighbours but aren't overlooked at all and the view from the terrace is unforgettable! Everything at the house was very comfortable and as described. The kitchen is well equipped. The little beach is a short walk down a path down through garden and is very peaceful. The house is very close to the bus service between Skiathos town and Koukounaries beach so very easy to get everywhere apart from the northern beaches so you need a hire care if you want to explore more. A couple of excellent tavernas within a short distance of the property. Fred was an amazing host - he was very communicative from the moment we booked. He went out of his way to settle us in, meeting us the airport and even helping us book a restaurant for the first evening. Fred gave us lots of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches to explore. It was a wonderful week - we were gutted to leave and are already planning the next trip back!

This place is very possibly the most beautiful place I have ever seen. We visited many islands in Greece and Glossa was our favorite by far. Ionnis, Anthoula and his mom, Spiridoula, are the kind of people who make you feel you have known them forever. They seemed to love that we wanted to experience their home. This home is only a year old and the custom detail work done to make it so beautiful made us feel we were in a castle surrounded by the water and mountains every where. The driveway was steep and we rented a car(most all cars are manual) so we had to give it a lot of gas to get up the driveway. But once we got used to driving up it after a few times, it was no problem and part of the adventure! Ionnis owns an adorable outside restaurant at Pirovouille Beach and the food was also delicious! He even treated us to amazing ice cream. The beach is something you can’t even imagine and pictures don’t do it justice. Mama Mia chapel is so close and we had so much fun climbing up to it

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Nina and would thoroughly recommend this house. Andonis couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us lots of tips for places and restaurants to visit around the island. The house is beautiful with breathtaking views over Skopelos town. We arrived on Saturday evening and were very impressed that the owner had left us the ingredients for an evening meal, a bottle of wine and lots of delicious home grown fruit. We fell in love with Skopelos and will definitely be back to this villa.

This villa is spectacular. It’s very high up so an exciting 2Km trip up from the main road, steep in places with hair pin bends. Wonderful panoramic views. A lovely restaurant 50 metres away and a taverna 500 metres away. George responds quickly to questions. We would home to return one day. Very much

We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at Laura's villa. It provided us with the perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful island. A tranquil setting with amazing views out over the town and sea beyond, with spectacular sunrises. We hadn't appreciated just how easy it was to walk from there into the old town, with its plentiful supply of excellent restaurants and shops. We hired a car to visit some of the gorgeous beaches, all within easy distance and an absolute delight to come back to Laura's Villa. No hesitation in recommending it.

Location couldn't have been better, view was breathtaking, if we weren't walking the city, or going to see some of the beaches or even walking the beach right below the unit, we were sitting on the balcony, enjoying the most spectacular peaceful view. Important to note,the view is south facing, so the sun doesn't heat up the upper and lower balconies. Big Plus! Our host was amazing in recommending restaurants and helping out with little odds and ends. Rental car place directly across the street. It was Ideal and we will be back.

Villa Nina is absolutely fantastic. It’s a beautiful place with the most stunning view. The house is very special and comfortable and there are many different places to sit outside, each one more charming than the other. Simos and Anthoula were extremely kind and helpful and I hope we will have the opportunity to come again. Thank you!!!!

Just returned from a glorious stay on our favourite Greek island- made all the more enjoyable by our stay at Villa kalamaraki. Fred is a superb host, clear and effective communicator. The Villa is well equipped, spacious and perfectly located. The villas was spotlessly clean which was maintained by the friendly cleaning staff every 3 days. You will need a car, quad, bike or taxi unless you want to take the 20 minute walk to Kanapitsa where you can get the water taxi or bus into town. The location of this villa is superb, short descent to a semi private beach for snorkelling and relaxation if you are seeking a change from the well equipped swimming pool. You will not be disappointed Doots 24

We had The Best holiday at Atrium Villas. We were a family group of 8 people in Lunaria Villa. The bedrooms were exceptional (one of the four was small which we knew in advance) each with a private bathroom. We spent all our time outdoors around the pool and at the outdoor table. The grounds of the Villas are stunning with beautiful plants and stunning views. The outdoor gym area was a nice extra and we loved the bookable BBQ and outdoor dining. Amazing sunsets. Pristine surroundings… Thank You Lucia for your exceptional hosting and to your wonderful cleaning team for their hard work. We made some beautiful memories here and hope to visit again one day. Loved Skiathos too. Our first time! Parissis vineyard wine tasting was a big hit. Numerous fab restaurants. The real highlight was an 8 hour skippered private boat trip around the entire island - 8 beaches and swimming in crystal clear waters. We had perfect weather too. What a trip! :-)

A stunning villa with a gorgeous view of the sea, which is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and antiques. Christina was very friendly and welcoming and provided a great list of beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit again.

We loved our stay at Skiathea Villas - the best AirBnb we've ever stayed in!! Filippos was the perfect host - he met us at the airport and drove us to the villa to check in, gave us lots of great recommendations and even some delicious homemade liquor. The villa is fantastic - exactly as pictured. Lovely pool area with very comfortable sofa bean chairs and incredible views. It's a real treat that the villa is cleaned daily by Mary and the pool is also cleaned daily. The recommendations from Filippos really made the trip special - on his recommendation we tried so many fab restaurants, hired a very fun 4 wheel drive car (highly recommended to explore the North side of the island) and went to some great beaches. He was always very responsive and friendly. The villa is up a dirt track road which is fine to drive in a 2 wheel drive car and a good walk if you're up for it. In walking distance there's some restaurants, a fun pool bar and a shop. It's about 15 mins drive to Skiathos town.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at! The view was absolutely gorgeous ! The home and flowers beautiful ! The host were amazing ! Meeting us at the port was so helpful! And Grandpa getting us eggs so kind and thoughtful ! Would definitely recommend and we will go back to stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. We loved the pool and the house. I would say it’s better than the pictures. It’s an beautiful uphill walk to Glossa and the restaurants, our five year old did it in 9 minutes but we had to drive our parents (79 and 75) years old up to the town square, downhill they could walk. Highly recommend this place as a quiet villa very close to the lovely Glossa village.

Villa Glykeria was fantastic! It’s in a stunning location about 10 mins from Glossa which overlooks the port and the sea. The house is private and exactly like the photos - really well thought out with all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay and lots of outdoor areas to eat (in the shade and sun). Glykeria and Anthoula were very helpful ahead of our stay which made things smooth. The master bedroom is especially lovely with high ceilings and balconies in two different directions to watch the sunset. I’m sure we’ll be back and would definitely recommend to others.

My mother daughter and I had a fantastic stay, I would highly recommend anybody that is looking for a peaceful and beautiful get away to come here! Everything was made very easy and any questions were answered. I would love to book again to stay.

Such a wonderful villa and perfect hosts who couldn’t be more helpful. David and Jacqueline went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful. We have loved our stay at Villa Causton and would love to come again. We arrived and found the fridge stocked with welcome drinks for all, fresh fruit and tomatoes and the cupboards were well stocked with basic requirements which was such a lovely welcome. We were able to ask for recommendations for everything from restaurants to boat hire, and David even took us to the supermarket so we could stock up. The outdoor space has something for everyone, from the wonderful pool to the outdoor kitchen and chill out areas. The villa has been finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds! Nearby is the beautiful beach, great for snorkelling and boat hire and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants near the villa. All in all, just magical. We didn’t want to leave.

Wow!! What can I say this has been the most perfect holiday ever. Katerina was amazing, always there answering my messages if I needed to ask something. Katerina is full of knowledege of the local area and knows the locals and so if you need information on car hire, day trips, restaurants etc she will be able to advise you. The Villa is beautiful. The photos are great but when you see the views for yourself and stay you can only appreciate how amazing it is. My two teenage boys loved the pool and the freedom they had to use it whenever they wanted to and not to have pool rules, like no throwing balls, like many hotels and apartment complexes. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you so much Katerina.

Thanks for having us Machi! You're home is beautiful, from the moment we drove through the gates we felt at home. The kitchen is well stocked, I made fresh orange juice and coffee every morning and enjoyed the view from the terrace. The pool is bigger then we thought it would be, and the bed is super comfy. I hope to be back someday. P.s Read the reviews and hire a car! It is possible to walk, but the hill is very steep and hard especially in the heat. A car is worth it to explore the beauty of Skopelos.

The house is located on the prettiest coast of the island with its beautiful beaches, next to the very cute village of Glossa. The part where the monasteries are visited is on the other side near the city of Skopelos. The house is located in a very quiet location, surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view! A pool that allows you to cool off with an exceptional view and access to an idyllic beach 10/15mn walk away without a person or beach bar: the dream! Somewhat difficult to access but it's worth it. Communication with the person who takes care of the house on site was very easy. The only weak point are the rooms in an outbuilding that do not have the same standard as those in the house but there is air conditioning and a separate bathroom. One idea: put bedside lamps in it? We had a really great week! Thanks to Anthoula for hosting us!
