Beach house holiday rentals in Skiathos

Wir haben eine gute + erholsame Woche verbringen können. Jaques hat uns von der Fähre abgeholt + später in einer von uns selbst verschuldeten misslichen Lage geholfen, vielen Dank hierfür noch einmal! Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden + erfreuten und täglich an der schönen Badebucht + dem Panoramablick von der Terasse. Die ansteigenden Temperaturen konnten wir durch die gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafzimmern schnell regulieren, so dass wir sie nur kurz vor dem Schlafen aktiviert haben. Der Kontakt zu Mike verlief ebenso freundlich + hilfsbereit. Das Einzige was uns gestört hat, ist die doch sehr stark befahrene Hauptstraße. Von dieser aus ist alles andere zu erreichen, ggfls. auch die Busse. Wir sind mit unserem Hund hier gewesen + haben uns deswegen gleich am ersten Abend entschieden, für die gesamte Zeit einen Mietwagen zu nehmen. Dies hat aber keine negativen Auswirkungen auf die Unterkunft an sich gehabt, die wir allen anderen gerne weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Neo Klima und einen tollen Aufenthalt in der sauberen, gut ausgestatteten und extrem schönen Wohnung! Auch waren M&Y gut erreichbar und hilfreich, als wir ein Problem hatten. Äußert nette Putzfrau, tolle Umgebung und wir kommen sehr gerne asap wieder :-)

Valentina & her daughter were very welcoming & helpful. House was spotless & lacked nothing. Appreciated water & wine being left for us on arrival. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nirvana House.

Jilly is amazing and her communication is top notch! Skopelos doesn’t really use addresses, so follow the instructions she provides & you can’t go wrong. Make sure to pin the apartment once you arrive to make it easy to return to after seeing the island or dinner. 😊 We forgot to pin it the first day but we can’t complain as getting lost among the beautiful homes was a hidden treat (they are so beautiful)! Jilly provided local recommendations for a tour of the island and places to eat and they were PERFECT! Zahos the taxi driver provided our pick up from the Agnontas port and gave us a tour of the hidden gems of the island. Wonderful! If you are there on Sunday, don’t miss dinner with live music at Restaurant Dougia. Oh my, sooo good and the atmosphere was perfect. The apartment was clean and gorgeous and walkable to so many beautiful views. There is no WiFi or TV, so make sure you have data to communicate with your tour guides. Disconnect and enjoy.😊 100% RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐

This place was even better than we hoped. Manolis made it so easy by meeting us at the ferry and helping to arrange our taxis. The property is breathtakingly beautiful with all the fruit trees and flowers and herb garden overlooking the sea. The rooms were perfectly decorated and supplied with everything we needed. So comfortable and peaceful! The rocky beach down below was so pleasant and we loved the taverna. We definitely hope to be able to return!

It is a very cozy and family oriented place. Very close to the public beach, and not far from Skopelos (town). Greek atmosphere, beautiful view, perfect location. Host lives upstairs and was responding to any needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Ein zauberhaft liebevoll gestaltetes Häuschen in perfekter Lage. Auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer frühstücken. Es geht ein wunderbarer Wind, ein Segelboot mit Abba Musik segelt los. MItten im griechischen Flair der malerischen Gassen. Alles in Perfektion vorhanden. Der edle Deckenventilator bringt Frische in der Nacht. Schöne Kunstwerke von der reizenden Vermieterin gemalt. Wir hatten zwei Flaschen Wein im Kühlschrank, eine reich bestückte Obstschale auf der Anrichte zum Empfang. Das Vermieterpaar ist hilfsbereit, warmherzig und freundlich. Keine Frage bleibt ohne Antwort. Besser geht es nicht.

It is a fantastic place. Private, no neighbors, great ocean view. Excellent quality furniture, beds, shower. Insect screens on all windows and doors. Modern Aircon. Four different places to sit outside: Always a place in the sun or shade. Great sunbeds. Good pool. Excellent TV. Great WiFi. 10 minutes by car to Panormos and 15 to Skopelos City. Last 150 m to the house is gravel road, but no problem at all, even for a small rented car. It was a fantastic stay.

New house with extraordinary views. Walking distance to beautiful beach and great restaurants. Wonderful host.

On s'attendait à quelque chose de top et on a été plus que comblés! La vue est grandiose, le logement est impeccable, design, confort, rien ne manque. Il n'y a pas plus paisible que ce logement sans vis à vis et où nous n'entendions que le bruit agréable des grillons, accès rapide à des petites criques peu fréquentées même en plein mois d'Aout. Catherine et Alexandre sont des hôtes disponibles et serviables, merci encore pour ce superbe séjour.

We had a wonderful week at the villa. We jumped into the pool soon after arriving and felt so calm and relaxed in such a homely retreat, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees in a beautifully tended garden. It was a delight to watch the fabulous swallows swooping by the pool. The beach is in walking distance, as are several beachside restaurants and a little supermarket. Staying in mid-June, the beach was not that busy, and my partner and I really enjoyed quiet early morning swims in the lovely deep water. We visited other bays and went into Skopelos Town during our stay and always felt very happy to return to Pamormos to Vila Geraki. Eva was very helpful in arranging a car hire for us before we arrived and advised helpfully on various travel queries and was so welcoming when we arrived. We felt well looked after and will remember our trip for years to come.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt! Der Blick vom Haus und vom Pool aus auf Skopelos Stadt und die Bucht ist wunderschön - man genießt absolute Ruhe. Der Pool liegt den ganzen Tag über in der Sonne - wir haben ihn jeden Tag morgens und nachmittags genutzt. Stylianos und sein Team (Andreas und Lory) waren jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit - vielen Dank dafür🙏🏻😊 Bei unserer Ankunft lagen Getränke und etwas zu essen im Kühlschrank als Erstversorgung bereit. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist nicht ganz einfach, besonders der letzte Abschnitt führt über eine holprige, unbefestigte Straße. Man gewöhnt sich allerdings schnell daran. Auf dem Weg nach Skopelos Stadt (5-10 Minuten) findet man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Obst und Gemüsehändler) und eine Reihe von Restaurants und Tavernen. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne und erholsame Urlaubswoche auf Skopelos verbracht.

We had a lovely stay the villa was really nice ,and well maintained it was a great location for us , the area is lovely and very easy to catch the bus into Skiathos .Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate with us . Thanks for having us .

The villa was amazing, it was clean and well equipped. Manolis/ his team met us at the port and showed us the way to the villa when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

The villa and its courtyard along the exterior pool is great for a stay in Skopelos. Fairly close to main town by car (~10 min), a great view over Glysteri, the exterior pool is great to use in the summer, inside you have everything you need for a longer stay. A car is definitely preferable to reach the villa. The last ~300m are on a dirt road which could be considered slightly challenging only if you're not familiar with Greek islands roads, but not such a big issue.

The house is in the heart of the beautiful old town. Prepare to get lost in the maze of ancient streets - it took us 3 days before we could remember the way home! There’s a lovely store just round the corner where you can buy essentials. Manolis and Sophia were attentive hosts - we appreciated fresh eggs and fruit left for us from Sophia’s garden. The house is immaculate and the balcony overlooks the rooftops and mountains and is a lovely place to sit. It’s not useable in the rain however (sadly we had some!) and the only other seating in the house is around the dining table. You can get to nearby Stafylos beach by bus (€2 single) or taxi (€10 one way). It’s a beautiful beach with a great taverna. We had a great stay and loved Skopelos - thank you.

Die Gastgeber Frau Maria und Herr Dimitris waren zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit. Sie waren überaus freundlich und höflich. Dimitris hat mich am Anreisetag von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt. In der Wohnung wartete Maria mit einem tollen Kuchen. Dazu stellte sie mir eine Tüte mit grichischem Mocka-Kaffe zur Verfügung. Damit konnte ich jeden Tag meinen Kaffe selber machen. Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist gut ausgestatet. Supermarkt und Tavernen schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gastgeber gaben mir gute Tips für Ausflüge. Am Abreisetag sorgte Herr Dimitris fafür, dass ich vom Taxi rechtzeitig abgeholt werde. Ich habe hier meinen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und dafür bin ich den Gastgebern sehr dankbar!

The Harbour House is beautiful and clean. It is on a busy walkable street which makes street noise late into the night common as well as bright lights into the windows for the third floor bedroom. However, the house is gorgeous and Louisa is an amazing hostess. I would recommend knowing where you will park if you are renting a car - ahead of the time you arrive in Skopolos - you can't park right outside the house. Louisa left us amazing welcome treats and we loved the village so much. A wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Central to the town and restaurants. Tovia was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you would need. Would definitely recommend to friends to stay.

Lovely quirky little place, a great base to explore the island from on our 3 night stay on Skopelos. Shereen met us off the ferry. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of local information about places to eat and visit.

Yanna was a terrific host and very keen to help out with all our questions and needs. She was also proactive in suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house is beautiful and the views from the three balconies stunning. The only downside was that public transport (one bus line to Skopelos Town at infrequent times) was insufficient to explore all parts of the island or even to go food shopping, so car rental was necessary, even though Yanna offered to give us lifts, when she was free. This was however easy and economic to arrange in Loutraki. We would certainly rent this property again!

I was solo travelling and had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything and so close to town. The place itself is beautiful, modern, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were absolutely lovely. They provided clear instructions on how to find the property and even shared a list of great local recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which was super helpful. They were always available if I needed anything, and I felt completely safe during my stay. I’ve had the best time and will definitely be coming back!
