In the old part of Läjet, just over 5 km south of Varberg, we rent out a bright and nice cottage. The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

In addition, there are 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room, you can reach a generous wooden deck where the grill is ready. On the property, there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 sqm with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The house has wireless WiFi and the possibility to park 2 cars. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
