Downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with a smaller respectively a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Super cozy accommodation almost directly at the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a brilliant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

We were six girls renting Katarina's place for a weekend and we had a fantastic stay. Katarina gave us clear instructions before check-in, which made everything flow very well. The area was quiet and peaceful, but at the same time within walking distance to most things we needed. Thank you for letting us rent from you Katarina. We will definitely come back!

We travelled as a family of 6 - grandparents, parents and 2 children and had an a wonderfully relaxing time at Asa & Stefan’s house. The house is as described and really well equipped. The swimming pool was a big hit and we all enjoyed our evening walks to the beach. We hadn’t realised how quiet the area would be in the middle of August but it still suited us well - except it was difficult to hire bikes for our small children. If we come again we would make sure to book well in advance. Everything at the house was made very easy and thoughtful and meant we could all relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you from our family to yours!

We had a fabulous stay; the apartment is absolutely fantastic and is so comfortable with absolutely everything you could need for any length of stay! The facilities and amenities were really excellent. The location is quiet and peaceful, only a minute walk from a stunning beach but also only 15 minutes drive from Bästad and with excellent amenities locally such as a big supermarket. Vanessa was really helpful and responsive when our flight was delayed and throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend! Thanks for a great stay :)
