The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as a small toilet with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area, there is a sink, fridge, stove, coffee maker and kettle. In the sleeping loft, which you reach via a narrow spiral staircase, there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to ridge about 1.60 cm. There is access to a private patio with barbecue grill (including charcoal), two "brasse chairs," parking for car or bicycle. Two bicycles are also available for rent at no extra cost.

Here you live rural in our farmhouse Brygghuset. Please note that the cottage is located ON the farm where we ourselves live and do business/work. Here in the yard there are cats, dogs, chickens, and Icelandic horses. We protect the privacy of our animals and hope that you as a guest will also be respectful of the animals on the farm. Feel free to say hello to the horses but it is not allowed to feed them or be in their paddocks or in the stable. The hens are sensitive individuals who can get very stressed and afraid if you run after them.

Follow the path along the cape to the jetty for a bath. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe you can rent on site. Sauna SEK 500, boat or canoe SEK 200. I have a pottery workshop and massage. The cottage is connected to the nature reserve and hiking and biking trail. Fishing licenses are needed for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 min to Simlångsdalen, 20 min to Halmstad

Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. The cottage has a double bed, but there is room for up to two floor mattresses for the small family. We hope you will enjoy your stay and feel at home!

If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.
