We had a wonderful time at this great house! The location is simply fantastic – right on the sea, just over the dune over it, really great. The accommodation is also ideal for families: there were toys for the children, which made our stay even more relaxing. Great house: as described and as in the photos 😊 very clean, nicely decorated. Great location: very quiet and beach within easy walking distance. Supermarkets in the area. Fenced garden, ideal for a dog. We were very pleased and enjoyed our vacation.

Such a comfortable, charming home with beautiful surroundings and garden. the perfect place if you have kids - a fun children's bedroom and lots of toys and things to do. would highly recommend and hope we can return, so much still to explore in the area!

A particularly beautiful location, authentic atmosphere and very warm hostess

We had a great time over new years. It's a really cozy home and the fire place was a big plus. We could also see ourselves sitting in the backyard during summer. Lot of beautiful cities nearby, like Brugge or Gent. Would definitely come back again.

Karins place was nice and clean and we loved the very uncomplicated and friendly communication. The little garden is also lovely arranged. You can visit a lot of nice places from the house - however, a car will be mandatory as there are only few opportunities to explore close by. For us, it was great value for price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and well-maintained cottage. It's fully equipped for a family, with great attention to detail. The south-facing garden with its beautiful, open views of the countryside. With a spacious bedroom upstairs and downstairs was ideal, and downstairs bathroom facilities were excellent. While the indoor dining space was a bit small, the fantastic outdoor terrace more than made up for it in good weather. The location in central Zeelandic Flanders is perfect for exploring both the Dutch coast, its villages and the main cities of Flanders. Communication with the host was outstanding; they were very attentive. The availability of outdoor toys for the children was a lovely bonus. Overall, this cottage is highly recommended for families seeking a comfortable, well-located, and tranquil base in Zeelandic Flanders.

Tini’s place is the perfect little getaway for 2 people - we felt right at home, everything was as described, and very cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in the accommodation for the second time because we already enjoyed it so much on the first vacation. It's just beautiful in both autumn and spring. The location is great, hassle-free parking, you can start many activities from there and the beach is not far away on foot. Restaurants are also very close. The house is very clean and has everything you need. There are also free storage areas for your own stuff (games, etc.). Highlight is the gas fireplace, really cozy and gives off a pleasant warmth.

We had a very nice week in the accommodation. From there you can explore Zeeland well. The park is quiet and well-maintained and you are quickly on the beach. However, the stairs to the beach are already in themselves and are certainly not suitable for everyone...😂

We spent 5 days in Cadzand with Manon and Carlo. Manon took good care of us even before the beginning of the stay and we found everything as described. When we needed some support, Manon immediately helped us. Location is close to the beach and quiet. The oven is a special highlight on cold days. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic weekend! From the moment of arrival we felt welcome thanks to the warm welcome. Everything was sparkling clean and perfectly in order – from the clean spaces to the neatly folded towels that were already ready. The location was completely ready to use, with no hassle or surprises. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed there and would book again without hesitation. Recommended!

Upon arrival, it was exactly as in the pictures. We just had a whole house to ourselves. Very nicely decorated and it all had a luxurious look. We also made wonderful use of the hot tub and bath. We enjoyed it.

The house of Ellen is a perfect place to rest and feel at home. At a quiet area at Middelburg and good access with car and bikes. Cozy fire place available and even wine and food were offered. Thanks for the welcoming stay!

A beautiful house on a great location! The garden is large and completely fenced. Plenty to do in the area and by bike you can reach the beach in no time. We really enjoyed our vacation here!

The two of us had a very nice week. As a starting point for bike rides, the accommodation is very well located and the beach was also within walking distance. Bikes can be parked in the driveway or on the terrace, but a parking space would be very nice. We enjoyed the time and the house and would be happy to come back.

Great peaceful place to relax!

Exactly as pictured. The home is well designed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a small village with an excellent bakery within walking distance and a larger town with shopping, grocery stores, etc. You are close to the beach and many walking paths through the countryside. The outdoor space looks wonderful, as we were visiting at Christmas it was too cold to take advantage of.

Very nice quiet house in the middle of nature. Plenty of space all around with trampoline, climbing frame and football goals….

Despite the less good weather, we had a very nice week. We also saw a lot of greenery and birds from the inside. It was a very nice area and from the sun came squeaking you could enjoy hiking and cycling nearby.

The house is as described on the pictures. We enjoyed it very much and it is super equipped. Especially for a holiday with children, everything is available. Clear recommendation!
