House-Village-Sea - modern house in an old schell

In the beautiful artists' village of Groede in the south of Zeeland, we renovated our holiday home in 2021, including a sauna. Modernly equipped and furnished in a shell from the 1920s and 1960s. Groede itself offers everything you need for everyday life, including nice cafes and top restaurants and a microbrewery. The beach is 2.5km away and can be reached by bike. Bruges and Ghent can be reached in 30 minutes, Antwerp in 60 minutes. Surfing/kiting, horseback riding, tennis, golf in the area.

Completely new and modern apartment (> 100 m2 and 30 m2 terrace) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, right behind the dunes. Suitable for couples and families; ideally with 4 and max 6 people. Masterbedroom: queen-size bed of Swiss Sense. Guest bedroom: double bunk bed: 2 full double beds of 1.80x2.00 m. one above the other. The kitchen with dining bar is equipped with all appliances and luxury table and cooking utensils. Spacious, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious bath.

Chalet for 4 people. Right by the beach 🏖 Sun canopy, , lounge set with pillow box, picnic table, round table with 4 rattan chairs. Canopy with sliding door 1 double bed and two single beds. Large bed has a double mattress with single duvets. There is a baby cot available. No smokers. Bring sheets and towels yourself. Can also be provided by us with a fee of €15 per person. -> request when booking. Min. 2 nights. Arrival from 1 pm,departure before 12 pm

This cosy holiday home is suitable for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath is located on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with two single beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet are located on the first floor. You can park your car at the house. For small children, a highchair and cot are available and the park has several nice playgrounds.

Welcome to our holiday home in Schoneveld! 3 bedrooms, sauna, garden and 400m from the beach. Up to 2 pets are welcome. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and a dining/living room with fireplace. There is also a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms as well as a reading corner and the house's 1-2 persons sauna.
