Had a super nice time here! The property is very spacious, clean and well kept. Perfect with a group of friends of 7. We spent a lot of time around the pool (with super view) and on the terrace in the back. By car, you will also be at the beach in no time, ideal.

Very nice, clean and cozy House with all Equipment you need. Parking is also possible directly at the House. Nice Pool/sauna area. We would book it again.

Super cozy dike cottage. We were there in winter, so no use of the garden, but this one looked to relax in. Everything was clean and the decor cozy. A place to remember when we go to Zeeuws Vlaanderen again!

We had a wonderful time at this great house! The location is simply fantastic – right on the sea, just over the dune over it, really great. The accommodation is also ideal for families: there were toys for the children, which made our stay even more relaxing. A truly perfect relaxing holiday. Special recommendation for dog owners, because there are enough other dogs, so that a very high tolerance prevails. The immediate surroundings are picturesque, quiet, clean and simply good for the soul. Here you will find the cleanest and most well-kept beaches we have ever seen. The house is perfectly located, well furnished and in impeccable condition. If you're looking for a party, you're definitely in the wrong place, the nearest major city is 50 km away. Nevertheless, there is nothing missing, because the town of Breskens offers several shopping facilities, snack bars and restaurants. It has it all ! Overall rating -1 A with * - !!!

Our stay at Nienke's was perfect from front to back. We only stayed there for two nights with our three children, but would have preferred to stay even longer. Although we didn't leave until later in the evening, Nienke welcomed us warmly and took time to show and explain the most important things to us. Nienke's place was decorated with a lot of love for detail, very cozy and also extremely clean. The location of the accommodation is quiet and offers a beautiful change from the often stressful everyday life. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Many thanks to Nienke and her husband for the hospitality and flexibility on arrival and departure. We would come back any time.

The residence was as described and very warm and welcoming. Wanted to note that the bathroom was somewhat small, as at 220lbs, my knees made contact with the wall when seated. Otherwise, the area is private and the scenery is beautiful. Only 15 minutes to North Sea beach and shopping.They were perfect hosts and very responsive.

Very nicely located holiday home decorated with great taste and with all the necessary amenities. We were there with a group of 15 people, of which 3 children and everyone had enough space. For the children there is a beautiful garden with many play facilities : swing, trampoline, table tennis, petanque, badminton...The holiday home is within walking distance of the dike and the center of Breskens. There is plenty to do in the direct surroundings.

We had a great Easter weekend with the family at Natasha's cute house. Retranement is a very beautiful village that offers beautiful bike rides to reach the sea whether on the Belgian or Dutch side. We will be back!

Location and equipment of the apartment is top. There are really only very small deductions that it could have been a little cleaner in one place or another. But we'll be happy to come back!

Very nice cottage with a great garden. Very suitable for a stay with kids. We had super nice weather so the kids enjoyed the slide and pool. Near the beach of Breskens and of Groede Podium. We will definitely return!

Our stay in Breskens was very nice. The property is quietly located and offers many opportunities to explore the surroundings on foot or by bike. In the village there is a bike rental, many snacks and restaurants, a souvenir shop, and a grocery store - if you have forgotten something, you can get everything. The accommodation itself is small and rustic, and is adequately equipped. The absolute highlight for us was the garden and the covered terrace with fireplace. Monique was a friendly host who was quick to respond to messages.

A beautiful cottage in the middle of the city center, so that everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants and bars nearby, the sea and several nice villages close by. We really enjoyed it!

I stayed with some colleagues for several weeks at Stephan's place. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great. It's nice and quiet, but there are also some options within walking distance to have a beer with colleagues after work. The contact with Stephan was good. Minor issues were always responded to immediately and remedied. Overall, we were very satisfied.
