On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people.
