Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Smyrna

Lee’s place was quiet and convenient to a lot of accommodations. The place was spacious and very clean. Lee’s instructions were very clear and simple. If you’re a tv watcher, I will say bring a device bc there’s only 2 TVs available, one in the living room and master bedroom. Also, bring back of wash cloths and towels just in case depending on the number of guest. We didn’t have enough but Lee was very responsive and willing to fix the problem. I would stay at his place again.

We were here for a bachelor party and had a fantastic stay - plenty of space for our group to spread out and also spend time together. Communication was excellent.

Stayed here for a long vacation with our toddler and it was just what we needed! Big enough for our baby to run around and was so easy to baby proof, which if you have kids you know is a huge deal! Sheri was so responsive and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more!

Phiona was the perfect host, everything is laid out in detail, she didn't miss one thing. The place is beautiful and clean. Everything you need is there. The landscaping outside is just beautiful. You could not ask for a better host and place to stay. We had a small problem when we first arrived, we contact Phiona and she responded quickly and fixed the problem. We would certainly recommend this Air BNB to anyone who is looking for a really nice place to stay in Austell, GA area. This has been the best and easiest experience we have ever had! The home exceeded expectations from the reviews and pictures. If we had any questions, Karen was so quick to respond with an answer. A Beautiful quiet neighborhood just added to the charm. We will use this beautiful home again in the fall and at Christmas. Highly recommend this beautiful home!!!

We had an incredible stay at John’s beautiful home in Atlanta! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just minutes from the Braves stadium, which made getting to and from the game a breeze. The home itself is stunning—modern, clean, and clearly recently updated. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, from the stylish interior to the comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. The real highlight, though, was the backyard. It’s even better than the photos! Spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Atlanta!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Very clean and comfortable place. Brisk 5 mins or lazy 10 min walk to The Battery/Truist park!! Reggie is one of the most responsive host I have dealt with. For the price and proximity to Truist park it’s a great value. $10-15 Lyft ride to downtown/aquarium/Mercedes Benz ( non-surge pricing). Will seek out this listing when coming back to Braves game or other trip to Atlanta

It was cozy like home. It was a bit hard to see from the street because of the trees and the mailbox is covered in vines blocking the numbers. Overall it was great and would stay there again next year.

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
