Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

The wing building from 1812 has been carefully restored to reflect the feeling of the building period with typical colors, textiles and furniture. 140 square meters are at your disposal. The antique details are combined with modern amenities. Access is available to a large garden with outdoor furniture in the courtyard. From here, you can easily make excursions to Sörmland's entire range of culture and beautiful nature. We welcome adult guests and children over 12 years old.

Havstomt Trosa

Welcome to our house with its own sea plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk Sörmlandsleden which starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and only 20 meters to the jetty and sea bathing. There is also access to fishing and boat. Here you live in a modern newly built guest house of about 30 sqm + loft - a paradise on earth. Located in a small village by Hjälmaren - about 5 minutes' walk to the beach. There is a smaller private deck overlooking the forest and a large common deck with access to a shared pool, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill and wood-fired fireplace. The large house can also be rented.

There is also the opportunity to book several different activities such as game safaris, clay pigeon shooting, bow shooting and lots of garden games to do on your own.
