The property consists of a large kitchen for dining and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine available in separate building next to the square and next to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra)and lounge corner.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. The living room has a combined sofa/bed. Outdoor patio with a large deck, and a grill is available. Surfboards/wetsuits can be borrowed.

Heated pool and outdoor shower in the summer, hot tub that is open all year round. The sea is only 200 meters away and can be seen from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace for cold days. Pleasant environment for walks. Some rules and cleaning need to be followed and done at the hot tub. We offer late check-out, at 13:00, with time for an early lunch or a long sleep.

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake lot, private pool and own dock. A short walk from the house, the nature reserve is the winter forest with a lighted exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an oblong lake that in the summer invites to swimming, fishing or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can take some periods for a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshed bath in an ice weak.
