In the immediate vicinity of the Rangger Köpfel ski resort (about 3 minutes away). In the immediate vicinity of Innsbruck (about 15 minutes). Idyllically situated in a quiet location with a fantastic mountain backdrop. Perfect for families, couples, and as a place to work. The accommodation is ideally suited for 4 people. There is also a pull-out couch for 2 more people. All beds are double beds. There is a separate crib for babies. There is a nice children's playground right in front of the house.

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

Enjoy your stay in Sölden in our beautiful holiday house above the river with beautiful view of the sourrouding mountains. The house is only 500m away from the next ski lift station and a short walk towards the city center. The whole house has been completely renovated in 2023. The apartment accomodates up to 10 persons, offers a private garden and a balcony, 3 lovely bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and dining area. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live. However, since I am on the road a lot myself, I have decided to continue the tradition of the house and occasionally welcome guests. Maybe you soon?
