The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Eine Klimaanlage sorgt auch bei heißen Außentemperaturen für wohliges Befinden. Das angrenzende Bad ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschtisch und einem WC ausgestattet. Sicherlich sehr schön ist der geräumige Süd Balkon.

We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. We prefer a friendly and uncomplicated coexistence.
