Monthly Rentals in Soğucak

We rented a villa for the first time as a large family (6 adults 1 child) due to the holiday. We had a very nice holiday. The area around the villa is quiet and nice. There was no electricity or water shortage. The internet of the house was very fast. It was close to the markets. The villa was 5 minutes walking distance to the sea. The site had its own private place with sun loungers, umbrellas, showers and cabins by the beach. The sea was very beautiful and clean. It is very ideal for families with children. Our host was very caring, hospitable and smiling. The house was so well equipped that we did not even need to call and ask anything. There were clean linens and towels for the bathroom. There were kitchen utensils and kitchen robots (filter and Turkish coffee machine, air fryer, toaster) for daily use. We brought everything just in case, but there was no need. Because there was everything such as kitchen, dishes, laundry cleaning materials, etc. We felt at home. If I come here again, I will definitely prefer it and recommend it to everyone.

We went for a pleasant family holiday. The pool, the house was very nice and clean. Everything we might need was thought of in the kitchen and bathroom, so we didn't need to bring anything from home. We were especially delighted with your wine offering. I think those who do not look for a view and want a quiet, peaceful and calm holiday with a private pool will be satisfied. You arrive before the location center enters the traffic and there is a market nearby. Mr. Emin and his team helped us a lot. It will definitely be among our options for vacation in the future :)

Serhan and Yasemin have always been interested and relevant since the day we rented the house. They have the most beautiful house in this area, so both they and the guests are very lucky. We were able to arrive earlier than the official time, thank you Isil. Her lovely grandmother living on the lower floor gave us the key. Several floors offer several bedrooms. The whole is well equipped but the highlight of this house is the calm and it is not negligible in Kusadasi, and the balcony of beautiful dimensions where we often had lunch. We park on the street just in front, it's convenient. Good location to visit the archaeological remains of Ephesus in the North, Priène and Milet to the south, and of course Kusadasi by expressways. A very good memory and friendly contacts with Isil's grandmother.
