Urban and Scenic

The house is 150 years old and recently completely renovated with a delicious mix of old charm and modern design. A peaceful place, with the river and nature just outside the living window, at the same time within 10 minutes walking distance to Eigersund city centre and 20 min to the train station. There is plenty of space in the living room for more than 5 guests and upon request and an addition to the price, two rooms +bathrooms in the basement can be disposed so that there will be 10 beds. Some details of the home remain once the photos were taken, but will be completed before hosting.

Welcome to Kjelland, with the golf course on the property/ farm. Rural, cozy farmhouse from the year 1750 is rented. The house is located on Kjelland, close to Sogndalstrand (walking distance). Salmon river 100 meters, sea about 400 meters and golf course with 6 holes is 40 meters from the house. Lots of lovely hiking areas close by. The house is on a farm with sheep, hens, cats and dog.
