The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, the kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The cabin has a cozy outhouse. The area offers great nature, swimming opportunities and unique hiking trails.

There are a big and comfortable double bed. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a spacious bed, providing good sleeping comfort. The apartment is 30m2. Shop 3 min away. Fine hiking areas at Mosvatnet. Swimming pool 10 min away. Shopping center 15 min, bus to the city center only takes 8 min.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
