Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

This is our family second time coming to Oceanside. The home is clean close to the beach and restaurants. Cassandra does a great job communicating and getting back to you. We’ve never had any issues or any concerns. We’ll definitely be back for a third time. We absolutely love staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend! The host, Doug, is very responsive and helpful. The place is clean and spacious, with a great view, great location, tons of empty drawers, shelves, cabinets to unpack everything you want. Use of half a secured garage was key for us as we had very expensive race bikes to work on and store while not riding/training/racing. If you're a casual cyclist there are 4 recreational bikes in the garage for guest use. And boogey boards. Plus a separate covered parking space. And it's reasonably priced. Nothing negative to say about this home. Thank you, Doug!

Amazing stay at ocean front with wonderful, long walkable sandy, clean beach bellow. The location is amazing, short drive to variety of restaurants. Having well equipped kitchen in this spacious, comfortable condo was wonderful. We loved to watch sunset, relaxed and comfy on the private porch. The owner was very responsive and helpful, addressing all of our needs. It was a memorable stay and we are looking forward to be back.

Amazing location and access to the beach. The unit had everything we needed for our family to enjoy a weekend including a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear and extra towels. We would recommend to anyone looking for a simple and beautiful stay in Carlsbad.

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

This rental was outfitted with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We especially appreciated the hypoallergenic toiletries and detergent-we have never seen that at any other vacation rentals. Everything was spotless. Very enjoyable stay overall. My compliments to the host :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's property in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was an absolute delight! This charming rental is perfectly situated near an array of coffee shops and restaurants, making it an ideal spot for foodies and coffee lovers alike. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, exuding a warm and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a true home away from home, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings really made a difference. One of the highlights of our visit was the convenience of having so many delightful eateries just a short walk away. Whether we were in the mood for a quick coffee fix or a nice dinner, there were plenty of options right at our doorstep.

We had a great time in Del Mar. the location is across from an amazing beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. We all loved it and had an amazing time!

Such a beautiful location right in walking distance to the beach and other restaurants. Enjoyed time at the heated pool and jacuzzi. The place was exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed peace at a quiet and private location with a view of the beach from the balcony. Quick to communicate. Overall if we ever go to San Diego again we would choose this place again. We had a lovely relaxing stay.
