Condo holiday rentals in Solana Beach

Highly recommend! The host, Doug, is very responsive and helpful. The place is clean and spacious, with a great view, great location, tons of empty drawers, shelves, cabinets to unpack everything you want. Use of half a secured garage was key for us as we had very expensive race bikes to work on and store while not riding/training/racing. If you're a casual cyclist there are 4 recreational bikes in the garage for guest use. And boogey boards. Plus a separate covered parking space. And it's reasonably priced. Nothing negative to say about this home. Thank you, Doug!

This place is fantastic! Super clean and organized. When I walked in, I was really shocked. I loved all the small quirky things like the multi-charger next to the bed, all the great kitchen utensils, even a blender (that's weird I know but not all have these things). The towels smelled great! ha. I loved the back porch and the vibe with the lights. For any whole food junkies like me, I was able to get an order delivered easily. Uber was super easy to pick up and drop off... again, so many positive things about this place. You'd be foolish to stay at a hotel with a place and a host like this one! Loved this place.

This condo was exactly as represented, probably even more so. It was very lovely and everything was very well presented and cared for. If you’re looking to do some beach time, there are thoughtful touches such as beach towels, chairs, playmate cooler, beach bag - and a ball to toss around while you’re at the beach. The living room had a couple of cozy throws to help with the evening chill. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms were pristine (everything was really) and the beds were comfortable.

We absolutely loved this house and were stunned by the incredible view from the balcony. On the day we arrived, we witnessed the most amazing sunset — a truly unforgettable welcome. It’s the perfect spot for surfers, with the ocean just steps from the door. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided in the garage to ride into Encinitas, where we had great coffee and breakfast at the charming little local shops. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the bedroom was very comfortable — we slept really well. We’d definitely love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachside retreat. I loved being able to see the beach from the apartment and walk down some steps to put my toes in the sand. The pool was great. The apartment was fresh, airy, clean and stocked with all the necessities and some fun stuff like beach toys. I would definitely stay again. We had a bit of trouble getting in through the vehicle gate (couldn't get it to open with the provided pin), but the hosts were so responsive and easy to work with that it ended up being no problem at all.

This rental was outfitted with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We especially appreciated the hypoallergenic toiletries and detergent-we have never seen that at any other vacation rentals. Everything was spotless. Very enjoyable stay overall. My compliments to the host :)

Andrea was an amazing host! Very responsive and accommodating throughout my month long stay. The condo is very cozy and in the perfect location within Solana. Great amenities and very friendly neighbors. 10/10 - will definitely be booking again in the future.

I had a great time staying here at the seaside condo with my parents and girlfriend. Access to the beach was so close , 2 minutes walking across the street. The condo was beautifully decorated and had lots of natural lighting, I loved how the front door could partially open to let the ocean air in. There are at least two good restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance and some great restaurants up the coast a few minutes drive. also very close to an awesome brewery 10 minutes walk and a cool mini golf course.

Everything about this stay was perfect. At first, I was a little worried about the reviews about the shower water being cold, but both showers had hot water running! Friendly host! Very responsive! And very helpful security at the door! The place was very fresh, clean and beautiful! Definitely one of my favorite stays added to Tijuana!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. The condo is gorgeous and has all the comforts of home. Clean. Nicely furnished. Comfy bed. Lots of towels, including beach towels. Private parking lot. Beautiful view. Very walkable location.

the location of this property is magnificent, Just being able to hear the waves at night was soothing . Worth every dollar I say ! , Walking distance to the harbor and pier, assigned parking,The beach is very close , My family enjoyed Oceanside and the property, clean and spacious. Restaurants and shops throughout our walks on the beach , would highly recommend.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

From the cool breezes to the sounds of the ocean, from the ocean views to the relaxing atmosphere on the balcony and in the condo, this was a perfect place to be. The decor was wonderful, the home was well stocked and was so clean. The grounds of the property were lovely, such beautiful flowers and foliage everywhere. Dan and Ari were wonderful. They responded quickly to any question we had, and they went far above and beyond to make this a wonderful home away from home.

Awesome place on the beach! Being able to open the screen doors to feel the breeze and hear the ocean made us excited to come back from exploring the area. Easy to get to the car in/out when needed. Beach access directly at the bottom of the apartment, using all the provided beach accessories Nick provided in the well equipped apartment. Plenty of bars and restaurants walkable, or even stores to grab a bottle of wine to stay in. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely book again for our next San Diego trip.

This studio was amazing. The community was so wonderful with a tropical feel with the landscaping. Fountains and ponds everywhere. It was serene. Just what we needed. We grilled and brought the food back to the place where we enjoyed meals on the incredible patio. The big pool was great, but we spent more time at the smaller pool and at the beach which was just a half block away. Parking was easy. The area had great shops and restaurants. We will be back!
