Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Luggage is transported. Parts of the route can be crossed by cableway. Free-running farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Completely new and stylishly furnished Alpine Chalet Aurora Dolomites is located in the mountain village of Lajen in a quiet and sunny location. Directly connected to meadows, fields and walking paths, you can enjoy the beautiful natural landscape of the Eisack Valley and the Val Gardena. The apartment, newly renovated in 2023, can accommodate 1 - 6 people. The large living room with additional double sofa bed has a south balcony and a wonderful view of Waxensteine and Alpspitze. In the double bedroom with an additional sink, you can enjoy the view from the balcony over wide meadows to the Wank. The 2nd bedroom has 2 separate beds; the kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy dining area.

We look forward to welcoming you to our old traditional, 500-year-old family house and Adventures for all ages are at your feet. Garden, swimming pond, fireplace, pine parlor and bay window. For everyone, their favorite place on 180 m². Open the door, enter, smell the wood-burning fireplace and feel good.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before you crawl under the cozy blanket in the mill.
