We stayed at Alison’s place whilst working locally and it’s a lovely place with everything needed for cooking your own dinners and the only place we’ve stayed in that has an air fryer.!!👍🏻👍🏻 We had a van and a pick up truck on the drive so there’s plenty of room such is a bonus. Everything in the place was brand new from towels to bedding and pots and pans. Great outdoor space if you’ve got children. Overall would definitely recommend to people.👍🏻👍🏻

Stayed here with a few friends over a long weekend for a wedding, and I cannot overstate how happy we were with the home! Very sizeable, with nice bedrooms and the common areas (particularly the dining/sun room) were great for us all to sit and enjoy eachothers company. It was a five minute ride to everything we needed and there was even a shop on walking distance for the other essentials. Massive thanks to Sam and everyone else involved for making our stay in the area so easy and comfortable!

This Place is one of the best in Solihull Beautiful house for family specially fully equipped clean kitchen very spacious with lovely Garden.We stayed 3 days and children don’t want to go home very cozy and light very house.Isabella was very accommodating we will definitely stay again in future. Very Highly recommended to others guest. Worth Every penny.

We stayed here when attending an event at the NEC (roughly 20-30 minutes drive away, depending on traffic). We are a family of 5 and the bedroom layout suited us best which is the main reason we chose this property over other ones available that might've been closer to the NEC. It was very clean and very nicely furnished/decorated. We pretty much only slept here and spent our time out and about.

Highly recommend staying here! It was a lovely little space which matched the listing perfectly and had everything we needed. It was easy to find, and was really clean & tidy when we arrived. Qas was an incredible host, always responsive and super friendly, and the check-in/out instructions were sent promptly and were really detailed. The bonus of having a parking space so we did not have to park on the street was so useful. We had a brilliant weekend & would definitely stay here again

The property was absolutely beautiful. Clean, comfortable and modern. My family and I loved the location, perfect for seeing family and getting into Birmingham. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking or cleaning, and it does sleep 6 comfortably. None of us had any grumbles, the nights were very peaceful. The shower was delightful, the water fall effect was lovely. Would definitely come again, Zafreen was so lovely and was great with responses/instructions.

I've stayed once before and Lee has a good ability to make sure guests feel relaxed and at home. The little quirky touches are quite personal and make it feel like a nice place to stay rather than just a rented accommodation.

Great place! Well equipped with everything you could want. Even the kitchen has a number of condiments and ingredients that one often misses when checking into an AirBnB with a kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

Shofi’s place is super clean, bright, and comfortable! Really responsive and lovely host, had everything we needed for our stay after a convention at the NEC (about 10 minute drive!) Great stay- thanks :)

I only have good things to say about this place! We felt right at home and Mikaela was very helpful and flexible with the check in. We loved our stay and we would be very happy to come back.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Super accommodating host and clean accommodation. Really central within 2 minute walk to the train station and lovely food stops around.

Josh was really responsive and helped us at very short notice when we needed to move out of our previous air bnb. The apartment itself is lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, 2 great bathrooms and on-site parking. It’s also well situated only a short drive away from an array of shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again if we were in the area. It felt like home from home.

Lisa’s airbnb was so very clean, cosy, quiet and comfortable, we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. About a 10 minute drive from the NEC as well as Costa, Tesco and many more establishments even closer. The cats were adorable and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed. We’ll definitely be back.

Really peaceful and comfortable stay. Check-in was really easy. Felt really private and relaxing. Good value. Will be back the next time I’m on tour in the area :)

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Was a great little flat! so much space especially because it was just me. clean and tidy and luke was very quick with responses. perfect location for any NEC events as it’s close. big asda close by as well for any bits and bobs you need. would deffo stay again :)

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

A great location for the NEC and a lovely flat to stay in. Perfect for what we were looking for. We would stay again!

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

This is our second time staying at Katie's place, it is such a lovely space, well equipped and in a great, peaceful location. Wouldn't hesitate to recomend if you are looking for a quiet break.

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼

Home away from home the only way to describe this. Amazing location, well furnished. Also had a good mattress and solid water pressure for those that care! Central as it gets but quiet at night. Loved it and would highly recommend
