Naša obnovljena stara kamena kuća nalazi se u mjestu Čižići. Sastoji se od prizemlja na kojem je dnevni boravak, kuhinja s blagovaonom i kupaona, te kata na kojem su tri spavaće sobe i jedna kupaona. Kuća ima veliku natkrivenu terasu koja pruža maksimalnu privatnost i uživanje tijekom dana i večeri. Kuća je opremljena sa svim potrebnim uređajima. Ima pristup WI-FI-u, besplatan parking za dva automobila. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni turistički sadržaji, a od mora je udaljena 150m.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Additionally and complimentary, the guests can eat everything that is growing in the garden.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
