Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Soline

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located with a supermarket right around the corner and the See just a little further. From the balcony on the upper floor we even had a lovely sea view. Sanja was very friendly and welcoming. A great experience overall!

There were three of us at Ana's, the apartment is clean and as described. We were greeted personally on site. Communication was easy and straightforward. The sea is within walking distance, down the mountain. We were very satisfied with everything. Highly recommended.

We had a very warm welcome by Dubravka and her hushband; as we arrived earlier, she made no problem to let us in the house. We enjoyed the well equiped appartment and the cleanliness. The view from the terrace is amazing! The terrace is very we equiped with loungset and deckchairs. A big sup is for free available. Dubravka surprised us with a very tasteful dinner. As she lived on the upper appartment, we didn't hear them at all. She gave us good tips to go out eating and was always available. A wonderful house with a wonderful host!

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. We had a wonderful stay in Robert's accommodation, we lacked nothing. 🤩 We were personally received and immediately received a few very nice and helpful tips for the area. No matter what question you had, Robert was always quick to reach and helped us. :) The absolute highlight is of course the beautiful and sunny roof terrace, but we also enjoyed using the balcony and the barbecue area. All in all, it was an incredibly beautiful stay. The surroundings are quiet and very idyllic, you can go swimming as you please, as there is always a private jetty available. ⛱️ We'd love to come back. ☀️

Our stay was lovely. It was just as quiet, with a great view of the sea from the terrace, as we had imagined it to be based on the description. It was especially nice to simply step out of the apartment and go down to the beach to swim in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you need. Vesna is an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

Matija's apartment was very clean and well-stocked with all the small services that a tourist can appreciate on vacation. The location is excellent for reaching the beaches on foot.

We only dealt with Stjepan, Suzana's husband. Stjepan is a fantastic, warm, friendly man, a top! host. Every day we met when he was cleaning the pool. Always a chat, he speaks and understands English well We recommend this place! Everything is present ! Jacuzzi , very nice with view over the town, you feel like king and queen ! An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

Perfect stay, very nice landlords

The best thing about this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach... with access via stairs. Very nice terrace, even if a little noisy.

They’re truly amazing people and hosts! I guess it was our best Airbnb experience ever :) (most probably we will come back to Rijeka and stay there again)✨✨

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!
