Monthly Rentals in Songjeong-dong

The host responded quickly and was considerate of the checkout, which was appreciated! I was looking for a place with a beam, but it was so nice to find it. It was clean and I saw that I paid a lot of attention! The bedding was clean and there was no dirty place! What's unfortunate is that the dryer is weak? But I loved everything else so much that I couldn't say it was a disadvantage! Two thumbs up!

The accommodation was so clean and it was nice to have everything to stay! Almost everything is provided except for personal items, so you can go with light luggage. He highly recommended a restaurant in Gangneung and kindly explained the accommodation usage guide. I used it👍 for 2 nights and 3 days, and there was no inconvenience at all, and I want to use it again next time ~ It was near Songjeong Beach, so it was easy to catch a taxi.

It was a really satisfying accommodation. I was surprised when I actually went in, more than the photos. The air conditioner works really well, and there's a spacious terrace. I really liked it. At sunset I felt so good sitting outside. The host also responds quickly. I intend to come back to Gangneung again.

We have stayed at Yeris house for the last 6 weeks and will be staying for longer as we really like it. We have 2 adults and 3 kids under 9yrs old in our family and the apartment has been plenty of space. It feels nice and modern. The apartment is bigger than photos suggest. Nice area of Gangneung to be in. 3min walk to walkway that leads you to beach in 1 direction (3.8km), downtown area and markets in other direction (maybe 1.5km), 5 min walk to a bmx pump track, 2mins walk to buses that go to beach or downtown. It has great aircon in the lounge and in the bigger room and a fan in the other. Its mostly a commercial building so kids can be noisy in evenings or weekends and it doesn’t matter. Has washing machine and most facilities needed to live comfortably for a while. I would recommend!
