Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Our house is located at the edge of the east center in a quiet location. The nearest bus station is about 2 minutes walk. Due to the generous equipment and arrangement very well suited for business travellers and fitters.

Zwetschge sleeping hut (My little break)

Our offer includes a cozy sleeping hut with box-spring beds for nightly comfort, infrared heating and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. The toilet and shower are in a separate building and are shared. Relaxation options include a barrel sauna and sun loungers. In our lounge area next to the bathrooms you will find a spacious bench, a fridge with drinks and a coffee maker.
