This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. Die drei Etagen verfügen über drei Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern mit Regendusche und Badewanne. Zwei Etagen verfügen über einen großzügigen Balkon bzw. eine Dachterrasse mit Südausrichtung und einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Phönix See. Ca. 10 min zum Signal-Iduna park.

Up to six people can comfortably spend relaxing days there in three bedrooms. The bathroom as well as the entire 42 m² vacation home were extensively renovated in 2019 and offer a feel-good atmosphere like at home. The garden invites you to linger in green nature and the lake is only 300 meters away.

Nevertheless, there are only three minutes to the town square and the shopping center, also ski circus and St. George ski jump are as well as the bike and trail park within walking distance. Pets cost an aditional 10€ per night.
