On the 1st floor, mezzanine, bedroom, shower room and toilet. Linens and towels included Parking in front of the house. Ariane welcomes you by reservation, in her private professional wellness area dedicated to body and facial massages. Grocery store, bread depot, bistro with aperitif boards, daily specials and brunch on Sundays.

Country House

Come to the heart of Poitou to discover Clos de la Montallerie, a completely renovated, comfortable and spacious family home for a moment with family or friends. You will be 35 minutes from the Futuroscope, 10 minutes from the Cité du Cardinal in Richelieu and close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms: 140 and 160 beds, one bedroom with 2 90 beds. Toilet.

New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Château Tower in Heart of Loire Valley

This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

Petite maison en pierre entièrement refaite à neuf, à deux pas de la forêt, proche du Futuroscope, du parc de St Cyr... Proche de l'autoroute. Petits plus: lits faits à votre arrivée, linge à disposition, vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises. Possibilité de prendre le p'tit déj sur place (cf cond) et de jouer, trinquer, se poser, se restaurer... au bar ludique l'Arcane à côté! 🤗

You will be 25 minutes from FUTUROSCOPE, 35 minutes from Poitiers, 30 minutes from Chatellerault and Center Parcs, 40 minutes from Chinon. Detached house with private parking, has its own very flowery garden to relax in. The house can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby.

I practice French Sign Language a little.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
