Holiday rentals with a pool in South Fork

My family of 6 had an amazing time at this property. The pictures and descriptions of the house were exactly how the house looked. The view of the lake from the big living room window was stunning. We had so much fun and expect to be back to this place soon. Recommend highly!

The house was perfect for our Family. Everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in Summer and see this beautiful area.

GORGEOUS house, finally a rental house that supplies a fully equipped kitchen, quality paper towels and toilet paper. There was actually propane to make use of the fire pit. I’m so tired of cheap cookware and paper thin toilet paper. Parking in the garage was a nice bonus! Using the internet was flawless, no problems with speed or connection times. The owners have put money and pride into this house and it shows. I’m a property manager-I have a very well trained eye! Additionally this house was impeccably clean and well organized. Can’t wait to stay here again! PS - bring fire pit sticks for s’mores. Such a fun treat for the kids!

Beautiful & quiet neighborhood. House was larger than anticipated and fenced yard was perfect for playing with dog. Had a few questions and owner was VERY responsive. Comfortable and very accommodating for our visit.

We loved the open floor plan on this house. Also loved the Mountain View from the front bedroom. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This is a fabulous home and a perfect base for a Pagosa Springs vacation. My family of 5 was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including space!). The beds are really comfortable. Close to a City Market for groceries. A quick drive into town and was close to all the hikes we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. My boys had good luck fishing off the dock. The pictures of the views don’t do the beauty justice!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great trip to Pagosa/Wolf Creek! This condo was perfect for our little family of 4. It was recently updated and had everything we needed! There was a stain on the shower curtain but I never mentioned it while we were there and that was our only concern with the cleanliness. We also had a constant sound in our master bedroom the first night but we did let them know about it and found out it was the sump pump under the house draining water from all the snow. They were able to turn it off and that fixed the sound so the rest of our nights were much more peaceful. Overall great and we would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great host and wonderful place to stay with family and friends

Condo was great for us and our two pups, we didn’t spend much time in the home. Didn’t hear neighbors, it was very quiet. They have dog blankets which is really nice! Close to everything in town walking distance to the coffee shop. Would probably stay here again. However it did seem pretty dusty / dirty. Counters were just spot cleaned you could see where they were wiped/ where they weren’t, microwave front has food/ hand prints all over it, tables etc had a lot of dust & pet hair on them, doors weren’t cleaned behind had trash/ dirt behind them, upstairs bathroom vent was caked with dust. Hopefully I just got a rushed cleaning. So giving benefit of the doubt and saying it’s 5 stars 🙂

My family and I rented this place for the weekend and it was great. It is located near everything including the hot springs which is what we were looking for! Highly recommend!

This was our first time to Pagosa Springs and we were staying here so we could ski at Wolf Creek. The complex is quiet with great views. The unit we stayed in wasn't as expected and didn't match the pictures, but it ended up being better overall. It was 2 units that were next door to each other and had an interior door to connect together. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. A huge perk was that we had access to 2 washer/dryers in the units which was great with our family of 5 and all of the ski clothes we washed daily. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. Our only complaint was that the internet went out right around 9pm each night, but it did come back on after a few minutes. The location is extremely convenient to Walmart, only about 10 minutes from the main street with lots of restaurants and shopping, and roughly 35 minutes to Wolf Creek. It snowed our last day and the complex was quick to clear roads off. We would definitely stay here again!!

This place was fantastic with the views over the lake and towards the mountains.
