L'appartamento è posto al primo piano di un edificio la cui costruzione risale alla fine del 1400 d.c. Palazzo Tenore Cianci è oggi sottoposto a vincolo della Soprintendenza. Il restauro dell'appartamento ha recuperato una serie di elementi , quali travi e architravi in legno risalenti all'epoca di costruzione. La pavimentazione invece risulta essere in resina di cemento, giusta contrapposizione agli elementi architettonici originali. Lo spazio si disloca attraverso un grande open space nel quale si susseguono living, grande cucina e sala pranzo. Allo stesso livello sono presenti una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone su Via San Gregorio Armeno, due bagni e la lavanderia. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price.
