Lovely and quiet 2bd 1ba home to rest your head.

We have a lovely, well lit and sleek southwest interior design that is mixed with mid-century style furniture. Forced central air & heat (not common in NM, as most utilize evap cooler!) Our 2 bedrooms are very comfy with great (King and Queen) mattresses. The neighborhood is quiet and near wonderful parks, UNM, and Nob Hill to walk (15 mins), bike ride or drive (2mins), which is lined with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants! We do have a $15/nt pet fee (up to $45 max per pet). No garage access.

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

We are close to all major attractions in Albuquerque including the Albuquerque Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Old Town, Hispanic Cultural Center, and the Natural History and Art Museums. Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.
