What a truly enchanting place! The home was impeccably clean and adorned with charming decorations that added to its warmth. Our absolute favorite moment was savoring our morning coffee in the picturesque backyard, embraced by the stunning trees lining the property. My kids had an amazing time making s'mores by the fire pit and exploring every nook of the backyard. We are already looking forward to returning in the summer!

Shannon’s place was cozy, cute, inviting and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was really comfortable and so were the pillows! (It did get a little hot at night, so if you’re a warm sleeper you may want to pack a fan with you.) Shannon was a responsive, kind host. The beach parking pass and wine were such thoughtful touches. Overall, it was the perfect home base for all the Kennebunks have to offer! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Maria’s place was cozy and had special touches with pretty linens and vintage decor. She also had very well stocked personal products. The apt has a separate entrance and is above their home. The stairs might feel steep for some people. Loved the large bathroom! We really liked the layout of the apartment. Maria was very kind, we enjoyed meeting her as we were leaving. Thanks for providing brochures on things to do in the area! We really enjoyed walking around the Wells reserve trails. One of the locals recommended the Fishermen’s Catch in Wells to get lobster and it did not disappoint. A great weekend at Maria’s place… just a few houses off of route 1!

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time in Portland and coming back to this unit after a full day of activities felt like we were right at home. Lucie has truly made this unit so warm and inviting with great attention to detail. The location itself is also great, not too far from the city to drive but not too close either. Thanks again!

"Extraordinary Architectural Masterpiece" pretty much sums up the apartment. Nice open spaces with elegant lighting and design touches throughout. Lots of windows ensured it was bright and offered great views of the city (often made possible by an abundance of parking lots close by - this is a good thing!). We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants, none of which were more than 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, the ferry to Peaks Island is an easy walk (and worth the trip, particularly if you rent a bike which is super easy). Alice was super responsive when I reached out with questions and updates on timing. So all good and glad we stayed there!

This is my third time staying at this Airbnb and I hope to have many more! for a small space it has everything you need and you can't beat the location

Jean is a cordial, friendly on site owner manager who takes great pride in her accommodations. No detail is too small to get her attention. Our unit was crisp, clean and delightfully appointed. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and delightful accommodations.

Staying at Michael's lake house was the perfect retreat for our family. The first thing that stood out: The quiet. The house is on a cove just off the main lake, and it's so peaceful. We started our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch (yay no mosquitoes to worry about with kids!) and then spent the days kayaking, paddleboarding, and lying in the hammock. The lake itself is gorgeous and there's a sandbar that our girls loved! Meals were a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a lovely space to cook in (not to mention clean!). We grilled a couple of times too, which, for us, is a vacation must. It rained a little bit while we were there, but the house was well stocked with board games and honestly, everything was so beautifully decorated, it was just as relaxing indoors as outside. We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

Check-in was a breeze w/ wonderful detailed instructions for the house and region sent in advance. This house is awesome, pristine clean, beautifully decorated and outfitted. Totally turnkey set up as they thought of everything one might need to cook, relax, sleep, explore and enjoy your visit! It's very evident that these hosts want their guests to have an exceptional experience and we did! Beds were comfy along with plenty of high quality linens and supplies. We truly cannot wait to return on what will be our regular road trips to Maine! We toured Boothbay, Chebeague Island, Brunswick, Portland, Kennebunkport, Freeport and Ogunquit while we were there. Yarmouth is awesome with super friendly locals! Close by, we found Rosemont Market, Maggie Mae's Cafe and Royal River Grille convenient options among many good ones in the area. My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

Beautiful home, incredible convenience of being able to walk down a trail to the market and cafe for everything you could possibly need (and then some!) and such picturesque surroundings -- including trails on their property along with Wagon Hill Farm across the street. This property is perfection!

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

The condo was very beautiful and homey. We spent most of our stay indoors because it rained, and we enjoyed every second! Everything was as described and well taken care of. Basia and Bradley checked in on us throughout our stay and gave us plenty of recommendations. Looking forward to staying there again!

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!
