A private entrance leads to an upstairs, sunlit, suite with a queen bedroom, living room with futon, private bath, and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker. The house and stable, which once served the livery needs of Mt. Desert, are located on one of the major island roads. Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and the 'Quiet Side' of MDI are all close by, but be prepared for summer traffic.

Bar Harbor’s waterfront, our downtown, Bar Island, and the Island Explorer Bus service are only a few blocks away. The Explorer provides free access to parts of Acadia National Park. Huckleberry is available by the week, June - September with a Saturday check in. October - May, our Town requires a 4 night minimum stay.
