House holiday rentals in Soyaux

We came as a group of 7 for the 2025 Comic Festival. We were greeted with a friendly welcome that immediately put us at ease. Accommodation is clean and tidy, the items made available are well indicated and suitable (towel, kitchen, dishwasher etc.). The setting is quiet and peaceful, less than a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. Thanks for your kindness!

Wow!! Marie's house was beautiful and in lovely, tranquil surroundings. We were a party of 5 and the house and amenities were perfect. It was great to have a swimming pool to cool off from the summer sun. We booked for a week at a late stage but from the first enquiry to Marie and throughout our time there Marie was always very quick and helpful to respond. We absolutely recommend this wonderful house and host, but hopefully there will still be the opportunity for us to book again when we are in the Charente.

This was a lovely place to stay, as detailed in the description. We stayed for a week and the kids loved having a pool. The owners dog does roam in the garden, which our kids were a bit afraid of but the owners did try to call her back in. The other thing to note is that the property is very close to a train line so you hear the trains. We really enjoyed our stay with David and Corinne, they were on hand when we needed to ask things but even when they use their garden you don’t feel like they are intruding. We would definitely stay again.

The place is very beautiful and serene. The house is clean and very modern. The entrance is a bit difficult to find and you need to bring your own towels, but otherwise it was a lovely stay.

We had a great stay. Christie and Jean-Marc are very friendly, helpful and hospitable, they made us feel at home straight away. The gite has all the comforts, is very clean and well equipped. Being able to use the nice size pool is a plus. Great location close to all amenities and a beautiful chateau. We will be back.

Our weekend at Stéphane's will leave us with a lasting memory. We enjoyed the pool, we were able to play games outside and set up a nice table for meals. Thank you so much.

We had a great time at Dominique and her husband's home. The accommodation is impeccably maintained, impeccably clean, and decorated with taste. It immediately felt good. They are warm and caring hosts, who make sure everything goes smoothly. The value is good. It's an address that we treasure — we'll be happy to come back!

I've stayed at a lot of Airbnb's - more than 30. So when I say Allison & David were the best hosts I've ever had, it means something. The day we arrived, they greeted us at the door, introduced us small and friendly chihuahuas, and showed us around the place. The interior was in amazing shape, especially for a 350 year old building! They had bread with homemade jam for us in the fridge (delicious) which we enjoyed over our 3 days there. Me and my travel companions loved chatting with them in the morning and getting local tips, including several restaurant recommendations. On a day where we had transportation issues, David was grabbing his keys to bring us down the road before we even had a chance to ask. The home was truly beautiful but the hosts really made the trip for us. I know we would love to come back if we ever have a chance.

We only spent one night in the accommodation because we were only passing through, but everything was perfect! We were very well received, with small touches, the accommodation is as clean as it can be, very beautiful. The area is very quiet. I recommend it!

Mathis' 2nd stay was still perfect! Cleanliness, welcome: great. In addition, with Amora mustard, Evian mineral water, Kleenex Ultra Soft tissues, etc.: Mathis feels like he is always at home with the same products as at our place. What happiness for this second stay!

Accommodation as described, but furniture is a bit from another era, the accommodation is suitable for a family of 4 without problem, quiet.

Jane was the best, most helpful and most reliable host I have ever encountered. She helped me retrieve left behind luggage by spending hours on the phone with DHL and the car rental office where my luggage was left. Jane’s property is in a stunning location, surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields and as I am an artist it was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and thought to every detail. It is located about 25 minutes from Angoulême, a small city with excellent restaurants and shops. It is also in easy access to many small and pretty villages like Auberterre Sur Dronne. I highly recommend staying at Jane’s in Champagne-Vigny. I highly recommend this property

Very responsive host. New house with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), surroundings, garden, terrace to be finished. For us, no importance housing only for sleeping. The only downside, a nice connected TV in the living room but the accommodation has no wifi connection. An internet box to improve the experience

Armelle is a charming hostess, her welcome is very pleasant and warm, her recommendations are helpful and accurate. The accommodation is as described, it is comfortable. We had a stay that met our aspirations in every way. I would recommend this cottage without reservation.

I really enjoyed Jean Pierre's welcome, completely relaxed, a Harley enthusiast who seems to enjoy life. An extraordinary character and that's a beautiful quality. The accommodation is functional, nothing is missing, in beautiful greenery, the evening walk is energizing. You won't be disappointed by coming here.

We had booked Hermine's house for 9 nights, were very, very friendly received by the co-host Mélanie, who looked after us very nicely in person or by phone during our entire stay with all questions. The house is very nice, cozy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. For us, the location was ideal because we like peace and seclusion. The surrounding villages are very small and tranquil, but you can shop nearby. We did some bike tours, the paths are well developed. We also enjoyed Angoulème very much. All in all a nice stay and perfect care! Merci beaucoup à Mélanie! Note: The stairs to the upper floor are beautiful but not suitable for people who are not good on their feet. You must not enter with shoes, it has no handrail and is very irregular and smooth. But that was no problem for us.

Corrine and Stéphane are exceptional hosts! They go above and beyond to ensure that all guests feel welcome and taken care of throughout their stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality make the trip perfect in every way. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be recommending their place to everyone we know.
