This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Spacious and bright apartment in the middle of Spa, just a few meters from the Casino and the famous thermal baths. Completely renovated in 2022. Lots of nearby restaurants and businesses. Large equipped kitchen, cozy and spacious living room. 2 bedrooms with king size beds and shower area + 1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathtub. One of the large bedrooms benefits from air conditioning. For other rooms, fans are available on hot days.

Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.

Our cottage, for 2 people, is an ideal romantic pied-à-terre. It is quietly located in the village of Harzé. It is also the perfect place for outdoor activity lovers. I provide you with ELECTRIC BIKES and a GPS. Closed garage for your bikes and motorcycles. Our cottage is close to the Remouchamps Caves, Monde Sauvage, Ninglinspo, Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, Coo Waterfall, ski slopes and many local breweries.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
