Studio for 2 people with all comforts. It is located at the end of the garden of my property and overlooks a quiet pedestrian path. You can enjoy a small sunny courtyard. Parking is free on the street. You are a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the 24-hour circuit and a 7-minute walk from the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the reservation is for a minimum of 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h Auto and "Le Mans Classic", 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

This perfectly located place is a 2-step walk from the hyper center and a 5-minute walk from the train station, offering easy access to everything. A tram stop is 30 m from the building, ideal for getting around or joining the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. You can park your vehicle in a free public space in the surrounding streets or in a paid space in front of the building.

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

In the heart of Sarthe, surrounded by horses, this former barn converted into an independent studio will be perfect for a quiet stay. It consists of a double bed, a sofa that converts into a single extra bed, an equipped kitchen, a TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and a bathroom. You'll also have access to a parking space and terrace. Located 20 minutes from Le Mans, 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 1 km from Laigné-en-Belin.

We are 10 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit, 15 minutes from Gare du Mans and 20 minutes from the city center. You can discover Le Mans and its region but also rest in the quiet of our garden in the middle of the fields.

The Furnished is close to the Mulsanne Turn. 7 km from Antarès Tramway Station and 15 minutes from Le Mans city center. 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, free admission or family pass depending on requests. You will appreciate the flowery outdoor spaces, its country environment and the company of donkeys. We offer guided hikes with one of our donkeys.
