Das individuelle Gästehaus liegt am Ende des 6ha großen Anwesens. Ein ehemaliger Stall ist heute ein mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail umgestaltetes Refugium für 4 Personen. Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin, ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das 1. OG besteht aus einem loftartigen Studio mit großer Fensterfront, in dem ein weiteres Doppelbett steht. Dort gibt es außerdem einen weiteren Kamin, einen Flügel und eine große Eckcouch.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
