Andi is a very friendly and helpful host. He is also very reliable and responds to emails and text messages immediately. We have really had very good experiences with Andi and can therefore recommend him as a host without reservation! The apartment, located on the sixth floor, offers a phenomenal view of the Bavarian Forest from the roof terrace a 360-degree panoramic view is even possible. Furthermore, it is very quiet and the parking facilities are very good. The furnishings exude a 70s flair and are very functional. There is plenty of storage space and storage facilities in the hallway and in the closets. Only taller people from 185/190 cm could have some difficulty with the length of the double bed in the bedroom. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the swimming pool, as we had to leave early for family reasons. The balcony is great: ideal for relaxing and letting your mind wander!

We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The property is cozily decorated and very well appointed. We really liked the view of nature.

The accommodation is for mountain hikes between Lusen, Gr. Rachel and Gr. Arber well located, possible starting points were easily accessible from there by public transport (daily, departure every hour). Within walking distance, there was everything necessary to prepare for the tours in the village with a small supermarket, bakery and butcher. The best way to find out about the opening hours is before arrival. On the balcony of the apartment you can perfectly end day tours in the sun and good views after having cooked something in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very clean and is cozy and spacious. The hosts were very friendly, quickly accessible and helpful with questions. A special feature was the farewell by shuttle service to the train station, thank you so much for the wonderful stay and your hospitality!

We had a great time in Eppenschlag! The apartment is really very attractively furnished and the beautiful garden outside is pure idyll. The landlords are also super friendly and helpful. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing and we felt super comfortable. We will be happy to come back!
