We loved our stay. Such a great space both inside and outside. The inquisitive cat and roaming chickens all added to the experience. The area is so peaceful and the bed stood out as being very comfortable. Ekkehard was friendly, kind and very good with our daughter. It was all the small touches. We would definitely recommend and come back here.

We were there as early as 2022. We liked it so much that we booked there again now. The small apartment is quiet, bright, even with balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. Carolina and Alois are very friendly people and very helpful and straightforward. We will be back!!!

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

We had wonderful holidays in this very special house! Everything is decorated with an incredible amount of love and taste! Every little detail fits perfectly into the overall concept. It's totally cozy and just lovely! We felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. Communication with Herman was very warm, quick and straightforward. He was always approachable and responded extremely quickly. Outside you can't decide which seat to use because they're all so great. The view and the air are fantastic. Hiking trails start directly from the house and you can also do a lot nearby. The village is cozy and our daughters loved the freely accessible fire pond converted by the villagers into a swimming pool. In short: an accommodation cannot be better!!!! We are glad that we were able to spend our vacation here and would very much like to come back again!

We absolutely loved this b and b, wish we could have stayed longer! Loved the sound of cows and rosters in the morning.

We had a wonderful time at Karin's accommodation. Karins parents welcomed us very lovingly, with an extra game basket for our 18-month-old daughter, tips for the area and just a nice conversation. The accommodation is quietly located on the upper floor - you have your privacy and everything your heart desires. The garden was also great. We will be happy to come back.

A fantastic retreat surrounded by nature! The chalet is furnished with a lot of love for detail and exudes a wonderfully cozy atmosphere – we immediately felt comfortable. The sauna with the fantastic view is the perfect place to relax and was our highlight. We highly recommend the regional Carinthian noodles, which can be ordered directly from Teresa. The smoked trout is just as delicious! Despite rainy weather, we were able to slow down wonderfully, or because of it. The view of the foggy mountains was breathtaking. Teresa is a warm host – we will definitely be back! ❤️

Nika and Luka were absolutely amazing. Their place was impecable and it was in the perfect location. They also added personal touches to the apartment that made it feel like home. Communication was excellent and I appreciated all her recommendations, especially the one about renting a car. Thank you so much!

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's accommodation is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The accommodation is really nice and there was nothing we lacked. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. She always gave personal tips on hikes and local events. There is much more to be said here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from our own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Erika's beautiful apartment. It is situated in a very walkable location, close to everything you could possibly need. The apartment itself is wonderfully appointed and is a lovely retreat to return too, at the end of each day. If we ever return to Lake Bled we would definitely love to stay again. Thank you Erika for the wonderful stay and for being so flexible with our check ins A++

We were only passing through for one night and it was perfect for our needs. The accommodation was cozy, clean and well equipped - exactly what we were looking for. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

I was really happy with my stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need when traveling or on vacation, it really lacked nothing. The location is also great: shopping is just around the corner, and the tram or bus are also in the immediate vicinity you can get anywhere quickly and easily I would especially like to highlight the hostess: she is incredibly warm, helpful and was always available when I had a question or needed support. I immediately felt comfortable and welcome in the apartment, almost like at home. It was a nice feeling to know that someone was there to take care of me. I would love to come back and can recommend this accommodation from the heart

We travel in this area every year and were now guests of Franz for the second time. For nature lovers seeking tranquility, the area is an absolute dream. During our stay, we explored the Wilden Berg in Mautern, visited the Schaibelsee in Hohentauern, hiked to the Schwarzbeeralm and swam in the beautiful bathing lake in the village. There's something for everyone! Franz is a wonderful host and the apartment was super clean again and really has everything you need.

Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great accommodation with a super friendly hostess. The apartment is super easy to reach by bus, which runs every 10 minutes. Everything you need is available in the apartment and Friederike is always available for tips and help. We spent a great week there and can also recommend it without reservation. Miha’s place was the perfect location to celebrate my father in laws 70th birthday. The location is perfect- walkable to Lake Bled but so peaceful and quiet with beautiful Mountain Views. The hot tub was squeaky clean and was a lovely added bonus to the stay. Miha was a great host and allowed us to drop our bags earlier than check in which was great.

it's a bit far from the center but if you love to walk it won't be a problem. there is a bus station nearby. the house is perfectly clean and it has almost everything. the bed was quite comfortable. it is a very bright place. this is why you may need a sleep mask.
