Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

CHECK IN MIT SCHLÜSSELBOX Liebevoll renoviertes, kleines Apartment inmitten des Ortskerns von Albisheim . Albisheim liegt in der Mitte des Zellertals, umringt von Feldern, Wiesen u. Reben und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren rund um das Zellertal. Verkehrsgünstige Lage im Städtedreieck Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Worms. Sehr gute Anbindung zur A63, A6 und A61. Der Vier-Länder-Weg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Die Strecke des Jakobs Pilgerweg liegt in 3 km Entfernung.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Cycling and hiking trails invite you to get to know the region in a relaxed way. Shops are within walking distance approx. 10 minutes or by car < 5 minutes. Train and bus connections are provided. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

Our stylish and modern apartment is close to Bad Kreuznach, Bingen and Mainz, in the Sprendlingen wine region. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the Internet is already installed. Think positive, just put your phone aside and do other stuff. :)

Enjoy your stay in our cozy, bright, lovingly furnished apartment with direct highway access to the A63 towards Frankfurt am Main (trade fair location, airport), Mainz and Wiesbaden or Mannheim Ludwigshafen via the A61 also towards Cologne, Koblenz and Bingen. Our train station is 8 minutes by foot. Wörrstadt is a tranquil but beautiful small town with various shopping and leisure activities.

Our house is an old agricultural property typical of Rheinhessen, which has been carefully converted into a vacation home by us. We have tried to preserve as much old and brought as much as possible without our guests having to sacrifice modern comforts. You will live in the house on your own and be completely undisturbed.

Relax in this idyllically located accommodation right on the edge of the vineyard. Here you can come to rest and relax. My apartment is close to Mainz, Bad Kreuznach, Kaiserslautern, Worms. It is ideally suited for both business and leisure travelers. The area is very quiet and invites you to take nice walks.
