Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Spittal an der Drau District

Together with my father, I stayed at Bernadett's house for a week. The house exceeded our expectations enormously. A beautiful house in a top location. The welcome was very warm. The supermarket and several restaurants are in walking distance. The nature reserve was also close by car. All in all very satisfied!

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanted cottage has surpassed everything. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with great attention to detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended at this point, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. Those who seek peace and comfort will find both. The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

Delightful accommodation that exceeded our expectations, Vanessa was very accommodating and always helped with everything right away. Perfect mountain views, all perfectly prepared. Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

We had a really nice time. The apartment was tip top in order and all the necessities for a nice week present. Alexander and Stanzi are very hospitable and are happy to help you get around with tips for the surroundings. The apartment has a beautiful location with lots of different hiking opportunities nearby. All in all a place to come back!

Beautiful location with amazing views and outstanding apartment with al thr utilities you need. The location is in the middle of nature with lake Milstatt not far away and with spectacular mountain tops. We would definitely love to come again one day!

Exceptional accommodation and very thoughtful hosts (we only exchanged by chat). The place is peaceful and we loved the provision of an entire floor with private and very secure access. Great place, central location. Super equipped for kids. The sofas are not really comfortable for sleeping for more than 2 nights. Therefore, the accommodation is perfect for 2 people.

There is nothing to complain about that negatively affects living. Really a great apartment with a very nice decor! Unfortunately, as often in other apartments, the kitchen was partly not sufficient. There were no spices, oil, selection of cutting boards, pans turners and baking paper. Unfortunately, the bathroom has no lockable door, only a hanging sliding door, as well as the bedroom. Nevertheless, if you adjust to it, really super nicely located and excellent for the price. Very nice landlady.

We had a great time at Casa de la Paz with our two golden retrievers over the New Year's holidays. The place is really huge and offers everything you need. The view of the mountains and the lake from the living and dining area as well as the panoramic bedroom is fantastic. The large bathroom with modern shower and bathtub is excellent, even if it is sometimes a little cool for our taste in winter. However, the apartment has only one toilet, which is not in the bathroom. That wasn't bad for us, just unexpected. :) As a starting point for great excursions and hikes in and around Carinthia, the location is really great. Shopping is just a few minutes' drive away. In addition, the location is great – quiet and somewhat secluded on a mountain slope, right next to a field. For us as dog owners, this is a dream. Andrea and Domenik are extremely accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! :)
