Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Split

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Nikolina and Josko were so kind, even bringing us food when it was Croatian Labor Day and we couldn’t anything. The location was amazing - a short walk from the main road around Marjan Hill. If you can manage a few stairs, you can explore the whole park and local beaches. Easily driveable, and not far from the Split riverfront. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Croatia!!

Ivana provided us with lots of local recommendations. Additionally, she was incredibly helpful in finding us a parking spot nearby, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. Mirjana’s place was perfect. The location was great. We could walk to the old down and to the port. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the courtyard was beautiful and private! Would 100% recommend

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Fantastic place tht little bit of outdoor space made me feel so privileged, the use of the bikes was amazing and the location cannot be beaten super close to all the action without the noice which i imagine comes with it down a little cul-de-sac thing and yeah amazing! 0 complaints super helpful and responsive host also

Bruna was very friendly, replied quickly and had some free refreshments waiting in the fridge for us🙌❤️ She was also very helpful with information about transport. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean, light and modern. The location is also great! We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Split🤩

Lovely apartment which was easily accessible to Split old town. Everything you could possibly require was available including tea, coffee and washing and ironing facilities as well as beach towels etc. Pasko was very friendly and attended to all our needs. We thoroughly recommend his apartment.

The accommodation was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay as a couple. It was impeccably clean and easy to find following Ivona’s instructions too. It had beautiful restaurants, cafes and bars on its doorstep but without any noise and was only steps away from Diocletian’s Palace and the sea front. Ivona was extremely responsive throughout and even text to check in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything from her. All of her recommendations we followed were amazing and she provided valuable links for booking airport transfers etc. which saved us loads of time. We really hope to return someday soon to Split, it truly is a beautiful place to visit and with so much to see and do on your doorstep, I’d highly recommend staying at Ivona’s place, you won’t be disappointed.

We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was beautiful and homey, the front courtyard was gorgeous, and it’s located in an ideal location. Stana was very flexible with our check in/storing our luggage outside of our rental hours. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Split!

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. An incredible stay in Split! For anyone who is looking for a quiet place, just a few minutes away (walk) from the city center. Ivana was an outstanding host! She has put so much thought into creating this studio, you feel right at hone the second you step foot in the studio. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Split. If I ever go back to Croatia, I will absolutely stay at Ivana's place again!

Anja's is a great spot I am very happy to recommend. My partner and I enjoy walking and got around a good amount of Split on foot from this location. The restaurant Sug is just around the corner and the food was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the water, hot is an understatement; you never need the tap or shower on full heat!

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Biljana is a very friendly and nice lady. Her apartment is clean and comfortable. It is worth to mention that the distance from the apartment to old town will only cost 7-10 minutes. Everything is beyond my expectations. Thank you for hosting our family and highly recommended to everyone!

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Great place, really kind and helpful host, the house is really well thought out, every detail is covered :) Great for parking if you have a car, walkable distance to Old Town, all in all, great! Highly recommend.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

What an amazing place! Marin was incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay in his wonderful apartment. He took care to check with us throughout our stay, with nothing being any trouble. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, yet walkable to all that Split has to offer, a superb location! All the facilities seem like new and are spotless. We all had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this apartment and host to anyone having the opportunity to stay in Split. Thank you Marin, a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!
