Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Split

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Nikolina and Josko were so kind, even bringing us food when it was Croatian Labor Day and we couldn’t anything. The location was amazing - a short walk from the main road around Marjan Hill. If you can manage a few stairs, you can explore the whole park and local beaches. Easily driveable, and not far from the Split riverfront. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Croatia!!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We’re already talking about coming back. Don’t hesitate—book this place, you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything! – Your Canadian friends 😊

Mirjana’s place was perfect. The location was great. We could walk to the old down and to the port. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the courtyard was beautiful and private! Would 100% recommend

Dijana’s place was an oasis within walking distance to anything you could ever want in old town split! We loved our time both in the town and on her adorable patio.

It took us a few minutes to find the house. It is fabulous! We loved the location and the view from the terrace is amazing! House is well equipped - it is 3 levels - just mind that you have to climb a lot of stairs which didn’t bother us - it was so nice. Comfortable beds and nice modern bathrooms. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Sanja hat auch sehr schnell auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Ich kann die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Fantastic place tht little bit of outdoor space made me feel so privileged, the use of the bikes was amazing and the location cannot be beaten super close to all the action without the noice which i imagine comes with it down a little cul-de-sac thing and yeah amazing! 0 complaints super helpful and responsive host also

Bruna was very friendly, replied quickly and had some free refreshments waiting in the fridge for us🙌❤️ She was also very helpful with information about transport. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean, light and modern. The location is also great! We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Split🤩

This place fits my esthetic. Honestly, this was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. The detail in their cleaning process should be studied. Super friendly host, great location (within walking distance to Old Town and great food)!!! I would absolutely stay there again!

The accommodation was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay as a couple. It was impeccably clean and easy to find following Ivona’s instructions too. It had beautiful restaurants, cafes and bars on its doorstep but without any noise and was only steps away from Diocletian’s Palace and the sea front. Ivona was extremely responsive throughout and even text to check in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything from her. All of her recommendations we followed were amazing and she provided valuable links for booking airport transfers etc. which saved us loads of time. We really hope to return someday soon to Split, it truly is a beautiful place to visit and with so much to see and do on your doorstep, I’d highly recommend staying at Ivona’s place, you won’t be disappointed.

An incredible stay in Split! For anyone who is looking for a quiet place, just a few minutes away (walk) from the city center. Ivana was an outstanding host! She has put so much thought into creating this studio, you feel right at hone the second you step foot in the studio. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Split. If I ever go back to Croatia, I will absolutely stay at Ivana's place again!

Igor is one of the best AirBnB hosts we have ever experienced. He personally met us at the apartment, asked about our interests for our visit, and made great suggestions to meet our wants. Igor is clearly interested in seeing his guests enjoy their stay in Split. I cannot recommend his apartment more strongly. Responds very quickly to questions and met us as we checked out, making sure that we were completely satisfied and wanting to use our feedback to make the experience for his next guest even better. Provided coffee, milk, juice and several pieces of fresh fruit. Apartment was super clean and extremely well maintained.

Anja's is a great spot I am very happy to recommend. My partner and I enjoy walking and got around a good amount of Split on foot from this location. The restaurant Sug is just around the corner and the food was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the water, hot is an understatement; you never need the tap or shower on full heat!

Lovely ground floor apartment found in a pristine condition with a private courtyard out the back. Ana was super accommodating before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Apartment had everything needed. We stayed as 3 people and there was enough space. Would recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Don’t hesitate to book Biljana’s Suite Celebration. It looked just like the photos inside the apartment and having two bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies. It was clean, very comfy beds, ac in all rooms and shower and tub in big bathroom were awesome. If coming with a car there is parking in the street in front of the building but it could be tough if you come later in the day or night, but Biljana helped us find parking and is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Riva. Many restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies within walking distance. Thanks Biljana my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Great place, really kind and helpful host, the house is really well thought out, every detail is covered :) Great for parking if you have a car, walkable distance to Old Town, all in all, great! Highly recommend.

What an amazing place! Marin was incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay in his wonderful apartment. He took care to check with us throughout our stay, with nothing being any trouble. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, yet walkable to all that Split has to offer, a superb location! All the facilities seem like new and are spotless. We all had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this apartment and host to anyone having the opportunity to stay in Split. Thank you Marin, a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!
