Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Split

We absolutely loved our stay !! Gorgeous . Loved our view. Everything was in perfect order and decorated with style We would recommend 100%. Lily and John you out did yourselves in making us feel welcome ! Thank you very much !!

The host received us at our arrival at the apartment. She showed us around and gave us a map with some of the places to visit in split. The walk from the apartment to the old town is about 10 min. There is plenty of free parking space. I enjoyed my stay and I recommend it!

This location is great, right at the base of Marjan Hill and sub 10 minute stroll into the center of Split. The apartment is modern and has great windows that not only let in a lot of natural light but also open completely or partially for fantastic air flow. If you desire cooler temperatures while you sleep, there is also air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped for actual cooking, which is nice!

I highly recommend staying at this place! Jasmina was very helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and always responding quickly. The place is exactly what I saw in the listing and it was perfect for what I needed. It was pretty quiet at night. Lots to do around the area. Definitely would book again!

We very much enjoyed our time in Miranda's lovely light, bright apartment. It was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. The location is great just a short walk from the old town centre and ideal for the ferry port too. Air con helped in the hot weather and there is a lift to get up to the 6th floor with suitcases. Enjoyed watching all the boats come into the harbour from the big window in the living area. Miranda herself was amazing and so helpful. Also her friendly neighbour was a joy to meet. Have no hesitation in recommending and we would love to come back again one day. Thank you !

I stayed for a month at Ante’s place and it was like a home away from home. Not only is the location incredible with easy access to coffee shops, grocery stores and the old town - the apartment itself felt modern, comfortable and safe. There is nothing you can’t access or get too from the BnB within 10 minutes. Ante and Mia were very communicative and responsive. I always felt I could message them at anytime and they checked in on me as well. I can’t recommend their place enough, I’m so glad this was the place I decided to stay in my month away from home.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Thank you for everything!

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

The location was perfect, very walkable to all the local attractions. The space was roomy and comfortable for three people, giving us plenty of room to relax. A great choice for anyone looking to explore the area with ease.

Staying at Antes place was absolutely amazing for our family! It was our second time in Croatia but would stay here again in a second We had an extended family of 10 in town for a wedding in Zagreb, and to start our trip we stayed here. The place was serene, peaceful and well equipped for everything we needed. We absolutely loved every moment of this stay and would recommend to anyone! Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We’re already talking about coming back. Don’t hesitate—book this place, you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything! – Your Canadian friends 😊

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Very responsive host who was very accommodating. Villa was lovely on the inside with a great pool and a perfect space for people to relax and hang out. Would definitely come back soon.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

El departamento es muy cómodo para 3- 4 personas. Camas cómodas. Muy linda vista y bien equipado. Hay aire acondicionado en cada ambiente. La comunicación con Emil siempre fluida, las indicaciones para acceder al departamento fueron a través de un video, ya que no es sencillo el acceso, en las callecitas es fácil confundirse, pero el video es muy esclarecedor. Está a 2 cuadras, a pie, de la última calle con la cual se puede acceder con vehículo, adicionamente hay que tener en cuenta que son 3 pisos por escalera, si tienes maletas grandes puede resultar incómodo. Excelente ubicación. Lo super recomiendo!

The place was very nice. Boze was a great host. He met us right when we arrived and helped with our 4 person family’s luggage which was very much appreciated. Boze explained everything about the apartment. It had everything we needed and more, beach towels!!! He arranged private parking for an additional 2 days while we went to Hvar. I highly recommend.

Tolle Lage, perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ideal, um Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist lebendig, aber trotzdem ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!

The perfect little place by the beach for your stay in Split! Comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and a functional kitchen. Everything was as described! We would recommend!
