Holiday rentals with a patio in Spokane Valley

Allen’s place is exactly what I love about Airbnb—those one-of-a-kind stays that offer something you’d never find at a typical hotel. Tucked away like a little oasis in a city that has completely transformed around it, the home reminded me of the movie Up. It felt like a hidden gem. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the guinea fowl wandering the yard, and the garden bursting with flowers—my mother-in-law enjoyed taking close-up photos of the blooms. Allen also shared thoughtful touches like family history in a photo album and a binder, which made the experience feel even more personal. Communication was excellent throughout, and check-in was smooth and easy. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Cute little loft apartment. Several units in the space, but it was not noisy at all. Very clean. We will be staying again at the end of the month.

The space was perfect! Katlyn has a large working space that made it easy for me to work during my stay and the space is roomy and quiet.

Beautiful place, Our only complaint would be how loud the upstairs guests children were constant running around and slamming of what sounded like furniture, not very sound proof. Parking was also a bit of a pain but workable. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

We had a very nice stay at Adam’s place. It was clean and comfortable. Adam was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations. We would stay here again!.

We came to visit family and this was a great place for us. Very good location, a few minutes from the “Garden Coffee House and Cafe”. It is in a residential area, and the back yard is shared with another tenant, which was fine. There were chairs and a small outdoor patio seating area. It is close to main streets like Argonne and the freeways, but not in “the hub” of shops, so plan to drive to get to restaurants, etc. Highly recommend the “The Rocket” for scones and pastries, on Argonne. Lovely.

The house was what it was advertised to be. The rooms / beds / ammenities were as described in the listing. Location suited our needs as we were in town for work. The house was not quite as cozy as home, but definitely much better than a hotel. Greg was a good host. He was very responsive when messaged. We didn't encounter any problems during our week-long stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind if / when we are back in town again.

This is the nicest and most comfortable Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at - BY FAR. This place is even better than the pictures and it is an incredible value. Gorgeous views and relaxing. Super cool host. Book it, you won’t be disappointed.

We loved staying at the barn! It was close to Silverwood and easy to get back on the road in the morning. Our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day.

We had an excellent stay here. Li supplied clear instructions and was an attentive host who responded immediately to our question. The home was exactly as advertised and very clean. My son enjoyed the icemaker in the fridge. Would absolutely stay again. My only problem was with the many pictures of Li’s travel around the house: they might induce travel-envy. :-)

What a cute place! Great area, beautiful, quiet outdoor space to lounge, eat and play games. Emily was very responsive. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb was perfect for our large party. Ryan communicated well and the place was clean and had lots of room for all of us!

We had a wonderful time at the D Street Retreat! Kaelin was super responsive, flexible check in and accommodating to our family. The description is on par. The house was clean, beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. We will absolutely stay again!!

My visit was amazing. The host was great and very friendly. The Cottage was beautiful, and vey comfortable. I enjoyed the surroundings as well and will most definitely be back again soon.

Great location! It felt very safe, walkable to downtown park, marina, and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The condo was clean, relaxing and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this condo.

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

This was my first time staying at this location. I was looking for something small and accommodating. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is well maintained, clean and very spacious for a 2 bdrm!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condominium in Coeur D'Alene!  The unit is well appointed and laid out.  It is bright and airy and nicely decorated.  The gathering place is in the center space that includes the living room, kitchen, and deck.  Each side of the living space features the bedrooms.  The unit is located at the end of the building which makes for a very peaceful experience.  Having two parking places in the secure garage below the building is very convenient.  The overall Riverstone complex is convenient and fun to explore.  The dining options are plentiful nearby.  We rented some ebikes nearby and took the trail along the river to town.  It was a pleasure working with Jennifer.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our three night stay.
