this place was prefect. 5 minutes away from the Airport. it was super clean. it was just right for one to two guests. the bed was very comfortable. it was close to a busy road. but it wasn't loud. very quiet at night. excellent response. we had a bit of a hiccup on the wifi. but VeeAnn was super helpful on messenger. thank you. I highly recommend this beautiful house. it was an excellent stay. for the weekend. VeeAnn you are a 5 star host. thank you for a excellent weekend stay. I can say enough, on how nice it was. Anna's place was a dream! It felt like a home away from home. We stayed for 2 weeks and utilized the well stocked kitchen. The location was great. Easy access to the freeway and main streets. We were about 30 minutes away from all the destinations we planned to visit, like Tubbs Hill and Bolder Beach. We are gamers, so we like to pick places with good internet, and it definitely had the speeds we were looking for. Great for streaming, gaming, and working. Anna was very responsive and answered all our questions. She was very accommodating and kind. We look forward to future stays!

Great place to stay next to downtown Spokane. I was able to walk to walk to Riverfront park in about 25 minutes and there is everything you need in between. Had one issue but Kaylene was amazing and solved it as soon as she noticed. The gated parking was a huge plus. Great clean place to stay!

The space was perfect! Katlyn has a large working space that made it easy for me to work during my stay and the space is roomy and quiet.

The house was what it was advertised to be. The rooms / beds / ammenities were as described in the listing. Location suited our needs as we were in town for work. The house was not quite as cozy as home, but definitely much better than a hotel. Greg was a good host. He was very responsive when messaged. We didn't encounter any problems during our week-long stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind if / when we are back in town again.

We had a lovely peaceful stay and really enjoyed the nice backyard with relaxing hot tub. Truly a great experience, highly recommend!

Brett's place was charming and just what we needed for a weekend stay. We were in town to see family who live scattered around the suburbs and with a few toddlers in the mix, so we wanted an Airbnb where we could cook meals and have our people come by. So for our main purpose, the place was great -- charming decor, well-decked-out kitchen, dining room and a kitchen banquette, plus a nice yard and patio for grilling. The basement suite was great for getting a solid night's sleep, plus it had a mini fridge full of my love language (fizzy water). The soaking tub (1 bathroom) and unique shower (other bathroom) had great water pressure. The neighborhood is safe if suburban, and it's convenient to I-90 and loads of shopping (Fred Meyer is very nearby), and not too far from Liberty Lake and some of its natural areas. Host and co-host were communicative and answered ?s quickly.

One of the most beautifully decorated places ive stayed at and view from balcony amazing. ..surpassed description. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds (no traffic noise at all with windows closed, tho could hear distantly while on balcony). Felt safe leaving packed car in driveway. Everything you could need for amenities. Natalya was very hospitable, responsive but not intrusive. We dont travel here regularly but would absolutely stay again if in the area! Far better than a hotel and better price than other comparable airbnb's.

Loved Staying at Jon's place. There were 7 of us, and it fit us all just fine. It's a great Central location, and a great value compaired to other places near CDA. The house was perfectly clean, close to the highway, and has a great nearby neighborhood grocery store. if we're ever in the area again, we won't hesitate to stay here! The only thing we thought of, was that we wished the kitchen was stocked with a few more essentials. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Julie’s place was incredibly clean and a comfortable stay. Easy check in and close location to downtown activities. We enjoyed having the fenced yard for our pup.

What a gem find this stay was i stay here again for sure. If they had 10 stars i give it thst. Tirza was very helpful and anything we needed she would have gotten but we actually had everything we needed for our stay. This place is only good for 1 or two people. The place was so clean. The body wash in shower is devine. The blanket quilt on bed was great.. Quiet peaceful neighborhood close to college. This was an exceptional place to stay

It was nicely decorated, and layout was great. Nice views out the windows. Very quiet location and was very close to main roads.

Was a great place to stay

Location was good. We were able to enjoy a Farmers Market in the corner park. Weather was great. We were able to have parking right on the street. Never a problem. Felt safe and quiet.

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

This was my first time staying at this location. I was looking for something small and accommodating. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is well maintained, clean and very spacious for a 2 bdrm!
